We had a large group of guests over so we didnt want to cook nor could anyone decide what they wanted so figured a buffet would have a little something for everyone. We decided to try this place and boy was it a mistake. I should have know something wasnt right when we called and asked about the price and it was much lower than any of the buffets Ive been to before. We got seated at some tables that were set way too close to each other and left no walking room in between. Everyone literally had to stand up and push their chair in so you can get through. While there was a good selection of food they were cold and tasted like they were leftovers from the day before. Not just one or two items but everything. Im not a picky eater so when Im complaining its really bad. Not sure how they get away on their health inspections because the food really dont feel like theyre being heated to safe temps. I may try it again if the place is under new ownership like I think it recently did.

Heard bad things about this place, but i decided to give it a try. As soon as i walked in, it smelled strongly of fish, bad fish. I thought to myself, alright, smells bad, doesnt mean it tastes bad. Went to the buffet to serve myself a plate, not a bad selection of food, cool. I was looking forward to tasting the food i served myself, when i notice something on my plate that isnt supposed to be there.. A big fat half-cooked worm on my broccoli. Cooked to the point where its body combined with the broccoli. . I took my plate to the front reception and showed them the worm, they looked at it, not even acting half surprised , as if though it happens often. I walked out after that. Lost my appetite. Sadly i didnt think to take a picture until after i handed them my plate. But trust me on this one, DO NOT eat here unless you do not mind some EXTRA ingredients on your plate .

this place is not as good as when it opened. The interior looks dated and not that well maintained. The buffet area itself could be a bit cleaner. I dont judge a place solely by atmosphere. The location though is not far from an iffy area of Bloomington and Fontana, so you come across some shady people and families with noisy kids running around touching the food makes me uncomfortable. The major problem is the food. You have your usual items American-Chinese and American items. The food leaves something to be desired, flavourless,a bit greasy, and the quality that it has been sitting out too long.

The first time my friend and I went, it was absolutely delicious! But them we went a second time about a month later and it did NOT meet previous standards! When served our drinks I was given a broken glass not once,but twice! The fries and bread were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time and reheated in the microwave. When I went to grab a plate of food I had accidently dropped tongs on the floor and an employee came to grab and put it right back into the dish. The employees were rude and uncaring about their customers. Its was a disappointment and a waste of $30.

Maybe it was the lack of customer service maybe they were short staffed. The server seemed to be having a bad day and showed it to the customers. No smile, no eye contact, not once. Their was a party of 5 that came in after we did and he chucked all the straws on the table. The buffet chairs were torn up. The food and fruit was dry, ice cream machine was down. And to top it off the bathroom were horrendous. If you go itll be at your own risk. lol I wouldnt ever recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Came to eat here for lunch got my bill with dinner price asked y they said cause its dinner time right now. I said but i got her at 315 pm and it was lunch price. Argued that we ate dinner and i said show me my plate that had dinner iteams on it. They will do it this time to give u lunch price. Im like thats cool cause you just lost customer. I give this place a minus 5 stars the food is old and dry.

Hii. Do you like to eat chinese foods? I just found a very recommended restaurant and make you want to go there again. Why? Because the National Buffet restaurant in Fontana provides a very good service to its customers and it makes me comfort enough because its very clean.. And the most important thing why I want go there is because that nice girl who stands in front of desk. She is very kind!

1st visit here and Google the place. Left Kaiser Permanente to find a restaurant for my mom and this buffet came up. Never heard of the street and its about 1.5 miles from the hospital in a shopping center that I didnt even know was there. Great greeter/waitress when you walk in, lots of seating, great options and it was $32 for 3 people

This place is terrible,I almost threw up,something told me take my ass too shakeys pizza next door,Ive never been so disappointed, I tried different dishes they had to offer all of them was a fail. So I went and tried the classics orange chicken ,chow mein,fried rice,and BBQ pork "fail" I think Im sick

well i go there often and i havent had any problem with the restraunt whats sucks about the place is that its a bit crowded but besides that i think its pretty okay to eat there. very generous servers and good and tasty its your decision to eat there, i give it thumbs up!!!! =)

I came here about 10 years ago and I thought it was the best . I went there last week the food was disgusting Ive never eaten something so nasty in my entire life. On top of that waitresses are rude.

Coconut shrimps are amazing!!!B.B.Q. ribs are delicious!! Btw, Before you pay ask if your getting charged for lunch and dinner because some servers might be so rushed charge you extra.

We went to eat there and saw a roach! I didnt want to judge the place based on how it looked, saw the roach and got disgusted. The food isnt good, what a waste of money.
