We arrived one hour before lunch service began. The entire time a group of employees sat nearby chatting loudly and made us feel unwelcome. The hot and sour soup was extremely salty and did not seem fresh. Hard edges and bottoms on the egg foo young. What I thought was egg flower soup tasted only of corn. The tempura vegetables were hard and not hot. The only decent dishes were the fried rice, fresh melon and the fried chicken. One time my teenage granddaughter had a fresh plate in her hand, but was told to get a clean plate anyway. Perhaps the higher priced dinner service is better, but the lunch should also be worth the money paid. I hear people say its a good place to eat; has this changed recently, or is it that one shouldnt arrive so close to the end of the lunch service?

I have been coming here for the last 6 years since I moved up here. My father introduced me to this place and he was actually here for their grand opening many years ago. Roger and his staff are excellent always feel welcome and the food is the best. I am somewhat of a sushi snob and this is easily the best Ive had in all of California. I could say much more but I dont like to talk with my mouth full. Hong is the best!

We have gone to Royal Dragon from years. Their staffs service is very prompt at keeping your drinks filled and clearing your used plates. The food is good but I agree with some of the views, the food is very salty, and I wish they did have more vegetarian dishes to chose from with little or no salt. This is one of our "to go" places. As they use to say, "try it, you will like it".

This place is amazing at everything they do, from service all the way down to their food. I always love coming here with my family. My son has a blast every time I tell him were going to the Royal Dragon, because he really enjoys their ice cream. I really enjoy their crab cheese puffs, I would just go here for them only at times.

This is the very best place of its kind I have ever been to. The food has been fresh and ready each time I have come. Good variety of favorites plus a salad bar and sushi. Ice cream and pudding for desert. I have never been disappointed. Good value for the price. Excellent actually! Clean place and friendly staff.

Bland, cold food. Be careful of their pricing if you have kids. They charge by the age of the kids and they have weird, counter intuitive rules for calculating the price. For example, an 11 year old would be charged more than a 12 year old or an adult. The staff is pretty rude about questions.

Stopped in for lunch with kids and grand-kids. Was charged full lunch price for eight-year old and one-year old. When I tryed to enquire about the bill, guess what, the young lady (helping) me did not speak English??? Oh yeah, no senior discount. Yes, I still have the receipt. OVERPRICED!

I ate there about a year ago, just ok. Today the sushi was tough, the tempera was cold, the chicken over cooked. The only thing worth eating was the iced tea. Oh my gosh. They need a new cook!

This place is amazing! They always have a fresh salad bar, sushi bar and hot food as well as soups. Make sure you talk to the Arowana - I think his name is Sushi - when you visit.

Absolutely the worst food I have not been able to eat. I could have had steak. Never coming here again. Way to expensive. I would have done better to just burn my money.
