This was my first time trying Cafe Rio and the customer service was horrible. My friend was excited for me to try this place out. There was no line, yet we waited for over 5 min while the employees behind the counter clearly saw us. Nobody said anything to us. Not a , "well be right with you" or "Hi! Welcome, just one moment" I finally had to ask, "Is someone going to help us?" To be honest at this point I was ready to go next door to the Habit but my friend really wanted to eat here. This was her first time at this location and she was surprised at the lack of customer service. Once the guy did come out that was supposed to help us, he continued to ignore us and refilled lettuce that was already full. He did not listen to what we asked for. Was just plan rude. I did not feel welcome here. Its unfortunate, the food was good but will not return to this location.

Floors, tables, seats, dirty, trash cans overflowing, rice undercooked, grilled chicken tastes good but dry, mild green sauce has nothing "mild" about it, its just sauce, fresh tortillas are good. (There only choice for a mild sauce is green sauce). I spent $13.00 for a burrito and small drink. Taco Bell grilled stuffed burrito tastes better. (Maybe not fresh ingredients but dollars to dollars for taste alone, Taco Bell is a better deal) I also frequent Baja Fresh, which has a similar price point with much better food, more options, and cleaner eating area. With the large amount of customers Id think they would have enough money to hire help to keep the place clean. I wont be back. (I have no affiliation with Taco Bell or Baja Fresh; I just love to eat).

Im disappointed with this location for the time being. I LOVE Cafe Rio. It helped me survive when I lived in Idaho, and Ive been to various locations in four states. Maybe this review is a bit biased since they are going through the grand opening crowds, but they have messed up my burrito all three times that I have come. Im used to occasional mess-ups from the employees, but Im getting really frustrated that they are making the same mistake: they throw cheese all over my burrito without asking, and Im lactose intolerant. Again, maybe its because most of the employees are new to this, but I really hope that things are sorted by my next visit. I will be back, but Ill be eating at the San Dimas location for the time being.

Finally made tried this place out since its been open. I know people who have been to the one in Las Vegas and they have told me how good this place is. I came in here on a Friday night and it wasnt super busy. I ordered the tostada with chicken. They give you alot of food so the price is worth it. And my tostada was good. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the food line was super messy and they were low on alot of things. But still very good food. Better then chipotle.

Very good food, very reasonable prices. Staff are helpful, nice, and good at their jobs - about average. Atmosphere is laid-back and tropical, like a family friendly party atmosphere, but not quite there. A little hard to find because you have to take a few short back roads. But overall, I very much enjoyed it and definitely recommend it. Think of it like an upscale Chipotle with a bunch of other options. Like the next level after Qdoba.

Quit possibly one of the best made to order Mexican Grills in all of Rancho Cucamonga. Delicious food, polite staff a Great atmosphere. If youre unsure about what to get . I suggest you go on a Tuesday for 1.95 each tacos, Add rice and Pinto beans /black beans and a drink for $2.00 more. (I suggest the lime mint lemonade. Delicious.. Treat yourself.

Im not sure what kind of food they think theyre serving. Its definitely not Mexican. Kind of a Mexican / Hawaiian fusion? The flavors are confusing and not complementary at all. Once the trendiness wears off, the mediocre food wont be able to save them.

Had the pork tacos, theres something there but the portion of meat to vegetables is skewed. Very disorganized, tables were dirty, beverage area filthy, employees socializing with friends in restaurant rather than doing their job. No mens room either.

Food is amazing everything tastes home made. The tortillas are to die for. Only downside is its a new place and the service needs a lot of work. Very disorganized and it just total chaos. Hopefully they get that all sorted out soon.

I ordered the two enchiladas with one chicken and one pork. Both where very tasteful. I love all their salsa. The tortilla was okay, I prefer my soup a little hotter. The queso dip with chips are delicious.

Do not order to go. They will cheat you on the meat portion and did not add avocado and sour cream like I asked. Besides that, my $13 rice, bean and very little meat burrito was ok.

Habanero Chile Burrito is always a good choice at this place. Service has been great the few times weve been here. Only complaint so far is how cold this place seems to be always.

Large portions. Similar concept to Chipotle except they make the tortillas fresh right in front of you! But the line is long and I spent most of my lunch standing in line.
