They apparently never answer their phone. I attempted to order online so I could use their quick-pick-up method. I had accidentally gone to a different Panera (The one on 4th -- MUCH better) and the manager there there called the Haven Ave Panera to ask if they had gotten my order and finished it. After dialing their number several times and waiting, they finally answered. Apparently not only was my order not made yet, but it was not even found in their database. I wasnt upset yet. I said "Well, the online thing is new for you guys right? Its fine." I chose to eat at the Panera on 4th and the manager told the Haven Ave Panera to cancel the order (that apparently was not on the database yet) and not charge my card, they even took my card number and exp date. I however am upset NOW, because the day after everything, they have charged my card. I have been calling for the last hour to correct this and have not received an answer. Awful customer service.

Generally, I like Panera Bread. The environment and the menu are nice and affordable but at this particular location in Rancho Cucamonga, the service is pretty poor compared to other locations that Ive been to. Especially, the people that are taking orders in the front registers are pretty bad. First of all, they are very slow in getting orders ready and most of them have a face that says "what do you want now?" You could tell that they dont care about customer satisfaction. I guess that location is just lucky that they are located in the right area with high traffic of people. Every time I go in there to eat, I walk away with thinking to myself "why did I go there?"

I come here Tuesday evenings to pick up food after my daughter gets out of practice. On several occasions service is not good. And they have NO bread when I get there at 9pm. I realize its late but its every single time I go there. Its a bread place, why have they not figured out how much bread to make to ensure they have enough to last until closing. As well, one night we decided to actually go in and sit down. There was not a clean table in the place. Seriously, every table was filled with dirty dishes. I had to go find someone to clean a table for us. Panera corporate should be appalled at the condition of this location. Clearly, very poor management.

Ordered a Turkey Sausage, Egg White and Spinach Power Breakfast... After waiting 20 minutes, no sandwich yet. I asked the server whats going on with my order as other people after me had already received their orders. She said theyre making it and its coming.. waited another 10 minutes and still no sandwich. 30 MINUTES OF WAITING and no sandwich. The General manager had to get involved to get the sandwich made??? In the end, I asked for a refund. Never going back to this place again. Terrible service!

My wife and I go to this Panera Bread for breakfast 9.5 out of 10 mornings we are in California. Weve been there so often we know the staff!! Coffee is the best as is their Sausage/egg and cheese on ciabatta bread. Mochas are outstanding as is their oatmeal....a great great place for breakfast....

Generally the service is pretty good but, it can be spotty at times. Be careful with online orders as they will accept the order even if they do t have the item available and then ask you to substitute. Good soups, salads, and sandwiches made quickly with some decent dessert and drink options.

I love this place! They have the BEST FOOD! ITS HEALTHY CLEAN AND DELICIOUS! So good I could eat every meal here! Plus the service is good too! I asked for help choosing something without dairy and they went above and beyond to help me! Also, did I mention the food is INCREDIBLE!

I like this place. I order online, breakfast four cheese, fresh & taste good. I order take out, they put in a beautiful small box for me.,and give me the carring bag, remind me the folk and napkin is in the bag. I dont know why the other people give them so low star.

Our food came out incredibly quick, but when I bit into my food, it was still frozen at the center. I took it to the cook and asked if there was a way to finish cooking it, and in response, he told me there was a microwave at the coffee station.

Most sandwiches and soups are mediocre tasting, but the pastries are quite good. Dont bother with the espresso (bitter & not hot enough) unless you add a shot to the Dark Roast drip. Service is generally quite good, despite the mediocre food!

Nice location, good food. The bear claws are wonderful and so is the broccoli cheese soup. Great selection of cold drinks too. Have had many good meals at this location. Great wifi and lots of outlets to plug into, great for a working meal.

Located at the corner of Foothill and Haven, this Panera is well managed and the employees are very nice. It is usually busy and sometimes parking is a pain even though it is located in a mall.
