Very very very rude service by the manager Lisa. I ordered a Thai Iced Tea Boba and when it was given to me I was concerned because instead of the traditional amber and cream color this drink was watery like orange juice. I asked for my money back because I was afraid to try to order another and I was afraid to even taste this drink. The cashier said "No refund No exchange"! So I said that I understand the rules but you cant give me an incorrect drink and keep my money. I asked for someone that can help us out. He called the manager Lisa by phone who told me she can do nothing, she said why didnt I taste it and I told her the drink looks very weird, so I asked for the corporate office or the owners number. She said there is no owner and told me to google the corporate office myself and told me to get out of her store before she calls security on me because she says she does not have time to sit on the phone with me while I struggled to figure out which corporate office to chose on google. She was so threatening, continued to tell me to get out and did not try to solve the issue. I never raised my voice. Things never escalated. I simply kept asking for help or a phone number to someone in charge. She did nothing to solve the problem! She made it ugly and mean. This store needs a new manager. Lisa has zero problem solving skills, zero managerial skills and zero customer service skills. I would love to talk to the owner.

The store lead the evening my family and I spent about 40$+ at their location made it obvious. While myself and those around me could care less about her purple hair...her superior attitude and rude behavior brought on by her out of work teachings at what I can only assume is some hard core far right religious organization is not good for business. I am a person of good humor and respect those who have to work in the retail industry in any area. She made coworkers uncomfortable and even they were embarrassed by her zombie like following of her Pulpit Puppet Master....on Sunday mornings... By the use of an every day simple word.....used in a phrase that means nothing. Although I did try to ignore her prejudice and brainwashed ignorance I could not help But be sickened and feel sorry for her at the same time. Its OK to believe what you want ....even if you are a brainwashed teen....uninformed of life and the real world. But dont impose your opinion... Or opinions on the people who pay your salaries to provide you with the freedom to continue to pay for your lessons of others who teach you their cult ways.... Keep it out of the real world... The coffee was good....

I stopped in as a gentleman and his son left. I stood there while 3 girls looked at me but didnt bother to help me. I finally asked if someone could help me only to be told by one that she had said hi to me...and???Nothing...I asked if I could order some cookies, placed my order and got rung up. While they took on the challenge of packing my cookies the man and his son returned only to be left standing there too. He left again and apologized to his son. I too should have left from the start!! Never coming back!

RIP OFF!!!! I ordered a hot fudge sunday, what I got was 1/2 scoop of vanilla ice cream with 2 ladles of fudge.... huh???? They can eat my $3.80, but I am making sure that NO ONE else will get rip off by this store!!!!!!

They got my order wrong and couldnt answer my questions. Also, terrible prices $5:99 for a scoop of ice cream and an old cookie all on a cheap paper plate.
