It is a fun kid friendly place. But on multiple occasions older kids come back to the toddler area. One time my toddler was almost ran over by a bigger kid because they were chasing each other. The first time I was there, I felt my toddler was safe so I was standing back watching my toddler exploring but after that day my kid almost got ran over that that changed changed my opinion. Plus, there is always other parents standing there watching their babies but when a older child runs throw and you do not see them, we as parents are limited on protecting our baby and reacting to the older kid actions. I dont mind older kids being back in the toddler area especially when playing with younger family member. My problem is there is no prevention of older kids that should not be there. I have told staff before and they go back to the toddler area right away but sometimes the kids are gone by the time they get back to there. Another time parents almost got into a fight about the toddler area. There needs to be a change concerning the toddler area because of the safety of the babies. The only reason why we continue to come to LOL kids club is because it is a nice indoor playground for kids to have fun and stay cool. LOL kids club would get 5 stars if there were not issues with the toddler area. It is a great place for older kids.

Very pleased with the level of cleanliness of the place. The play equipment is kept in good repair, ensuring my childrens safety. My 2 year old loves LOL so much, I decided to have his birthday party there. The booking process was pretty easy once I got ahold of someone who could organize it. Checking in on the day of the party was a bit confusing as the process was a bit different than just showing up to play. The time flew by and our guests and birthday boy had an absolute blast. My husband remarked that the provided pizza was burnt. Since it is not made in-house we felt there was not much we could do about it, it was a little late to order something else. At the end of the party, I was rushed to get all our stuff out of our reserved room and pay for the party, which blocked me from properly thanking our guests as they were leaving. That was my biggest frustration. Still a great place to play. If we hosted a party there again, wed probably look at other food options, perhaps from the in-house menu.

I ran around with the kids for more than 2 hours and had so much fun that i didnt realize how long wed been there! Socks are required, but they can sell you some when you check in if you dont have any. Also, its a really good idea to fill out the safety waiver on their website before you go in. They require everyone to have one filled out before paying but they only have one station set up with a computer that you can use. I filled it out on my smart phone while we waited at the counter. Everyone going is required to pay, even adults that dont intend to play, because its more like an entrance fee than anything else. Theyve got food and space for parties that can be reserved in advance, but you cant bring any of your own food.

Ok yall check this out! I had a birthday party set up for my son at LOL Kidz club in Ontario! The party was supposed to be on March 13th! My father passed away that day, so we cancelled with the intent to reschedule! Well LOL Kidz club said that they will not let me reschedule and use my $100 deposit! They said its in there policy that you must cancel 2 weeks in advance for family emergencies! I dealt with management and the owner and still received zero compassion! So my point is that they dont care about real life human situations! Forget the $100 its about principles and human compassion which they show none! So I urge you all not to go there and waste your money on a company that apparently is not operated by humans!

Really fun place. Tuesday and Thursday 8 dollars each person instead of 17 dollars and free frozen yogurt for each kid. Way better deal than any other day. Plus kids can leave, get a break, go somewhere to eat and go back to play more till 9. I recommend doing this cause the food inside is expensive. Two plates of Mac n cheese for 10 dollars is excessive. I can by 3 boxes of Mac n cheese for like 10 people for the same price. But it was good. Just a fun place. Strangely not loud or annoying like Chuck e cheese with kids running around like wild animals. I guess cause theres no annoying video games everywhere. I dont know but good place. WORTH THE MONEY. And right next to my favorite restaurant THE BIG CATCH.

We really enjoy this place! The admission with the kids club (free) is very reasonable- much less than other indoor playgrounds. I think the food available is good and a great value. The kids meals are huge and easy to share among 2-3 kids. I love the cheese quesadilla - also large and shareable. We (2 kids and 2 adults) eat for around $10. The facility is well maintained and staff is visible and helpful. We only go on weekdays but I know weekends can get crazy. The only disadvantages are the fact that the big kids can get wild and the line of sight is not always great and you can "lose" a kid in the climbers.

Love this place. The biggest play place around here. So many different things to do for the kids. Gives me at least 2 hours to relax while my son runs around and burns off energy. Sometimes I even go down the giant slides myself though haha. Fun guns to shoot foam balls from, different slides, ball pit, obstacles, trampoline, infant/toddler play area with separate ball pit, giant Legos and soft building blocks.. they even sell good food too thats reasonably priced. I am disappointed that they changed the membership though. 50% off down to 10%. Pretty big change.

Great indoor place for kids to enjoy themselves. The place is kept clean and attendants are constantly walking around keeping the kids and play area safe. There is a snack bar, restrooms, party rooms, and a toddler area. The biggest attractions are for kids 5 and up. I would give it 5 stars but its a little on the pricey side - $26 for two kids. First adult is free and every adult after that is $5. That said, based on location and the amount of fun the kids have, I would give it 4.5 stars

This place is a joke. The team at this facility are nothing but unhappy and miserable people, Veronica and Kyle especially. She was not only yelling at my children regarding throwing balls but other families children as well her posture attitude, and rolling her eyes was disrespectful and unnecessary . Our day was definetly ruined and money thrown down the drain. I dont understand how a kid friendly place hires employees who clearly are not kid friendly. DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME HERE!!!!
