I went in today wondering is the Taco deal on Tuesday or Thursday. When the person handling drive thru finally replied to me, I ordered three tacos off the dollar menu because there were no signs about any deals. No tomatos and asked for sour cream. The first thing that shocked me was being charged $1.50 for sour cream on three tacos. When I got to the window I finally found the 3 tacos for $1.29 on the sign. Before I handed her cash I asked can I change my order? She replied with attitude,"No! Its already made". Cashed it and tried to shove the overpriced food over. I tried again being as polite as possible. Then she replied, "These tacos are different. They have sour cream. They are a specialty order". After she said that I looked to her name tag, and lo and behold. She is the Store Manager. Im shocked by the lack of customer service and rudeness I experienced her. After looking at her name tag she then tossed the food I ordered with anger then refunded my money. My food was also cold. I hope she is repremanded for her actions and finds a way to be happier at her job. I work two jobs one in the same shopping area and the other in the food industry. I understand there are difficult days, but never take it out on a customer. My money is better spent at Taco Bell.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE I WAS JUS THERE I WASTED 30 MIN OF MY PRECIOUS BDAY I TRIED PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER. WITH MEAT WELL DONE, SHE SAID IM NOT THE MANAGER I CANT ENSURE YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT! AND JUS COMPLETELY STOP TAKING MY ORDER!! I WAS SO OFFENDED I WASNT RUDE DIDNT RAISE MY VOICE NOTHING! ALSO WENT TO WINDOW TO GET HER NAME SHE NEVER HELPED ME OR CAR BEFORE ME I TOOK PICS OF TIME WAITING FOR BOTH OF US. BEFORE LEAVING IT WAS 10.47 RIDICULOUS. GOING TO TALK TO MANAGER IN THE MORNING! Update: i called next morning spoke to MANAGER Tiffany she was VERY professional apologized, and offered me a FREE meal. Also Miguel other MANAGER was very pleasant and made sure i was satisfied and my order was correct! HOPEFULLY the person who was completely senseless was reprimanded to away from drive thru window elderly white lady!

We went to Del Taco on Harbor Blvd in West Sacramento their customer service skills are terrible and we were served fries that smelt like urine and tasted like the inside of a homeless persons pants. When I went up to tell them that they smelt they said that this was not a priority and gave me three more sets of fries that still smelt and tasted like urine after that he told the guy that was made the fries to just sanitize something. So I highly suggest that you do not got to this Del Taco. This was a very revolting experience

If you never been to Dell Taco then You should go , they have pretty good food here , the tacos are fast food style , not really authentic but what would you expect from a place that serves fries with tacos . It’s clean inside . It has a play area for kids and I have taken my kids there many times and they have fun . Plus we get tacos and fires . The staff has always been friendly to me . If your looking for a taco and side of fries then goto DelTaco . If you want authentic Mexican food then look elsewhere .

Del Taco is a frequent lunch spot for my husband and me. On Saturdays, we usually run errands, and eat at Del Taco! I love their tostadas, tacos, refried beads, bean burritos, and fish tacos and my husband loves their chicken burritos, chicken tacos, and everything he "tries." Staff are always friendly, and this restaurant is bright, well lit, and always clean. There is a HUGE play room for children (with parental supervision), and the restaurant offers drive-through service. We are never dissapointed!

I used to love this place. Now I only get chicken soft tacos. I think they changed the flavor of the chicken. I think it tastes like lemon now. They had silverfish falling from the ceiling so I refused to return there for years. Went back n seems they took care of the problem. I now go pretty regularly. Good prices.

Food mediocre and service not great. The staff doesnt smile and look bored when taking food orders. Food is expensive in comparison to Taco Bell value menu, which tastes way better. If you want to spend $5 on a burrito your better off at a Taco truck.

When I first came to Stockton this was the first place I came to. At first the place needed a make over and the jungle gym my kids played on smelled like feet. But as times pasted they fixed this problem and me and my kids love this place.

This Del Taco is clean! I ordered two chicken soft tacos. I was served in 3 minutes. The tacos were delicious. I rate 4 stars. I would rate 5 except that the employees dont smile.
