OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH LAWWWDY! I love halal fried chicken! We found his place on yelp and decided to try it out. And YES, everything is halal as mentioned in the name. I tried the thick sourdough burger and it was amazing! The patty was large and juicy. The buns were crispy and soft at the same time. Fries were cooked to all around perfection. Done correctly! I also tried the fried chicken and it was made with TLC! Not too oily yet crispy. Chicken meat was soft and cooked thoroughly and chicken skin was one of the best parts and I usually dont eat the skin! You really cant go wrong with anything from the menu like BBQ chicken sandwich, sample platter or even the Banana milk shake! Its really the best bang for you buck you can get! Its fairly cheap and you can get a whole meal for three AND leftovers for around 30ish dollars. Even with the food, part of the reason I always come back is that the owner is attentive and really nice, he makes sure you enjoy every bite of your food! Really one of the few owners that truly care about his customers, we are not just walking dollar signs to him. So hats off to you even if I dont own any hats P.S the garlic or cheese fries or something that you will want to whisper that youre so good while eating them My fingers are missing the food as Im typing this

I had a chance to visit this place with my friends. The chicken burger was quite a big size with fresh salad and real taste of chicken meat. The wings I tried were crispy and tender and surprisingly quite a large size than a normal wings those are available at other fast food chains. The spicy sauce was so smooth without burning feelings afterwards. Fries in quantity was quite a wild with unique flavor which is not even available anywhere. I loved their food, cleaning and customer service. The person named ALI was at counter and he welcomed us with big smile including and the best customer service ingredients. I highly recommend this place specially for kids, because this is a family place with lots of special recipes for children. People those like spicy stuff, they would love this place. But the quality of food is great here, my friends they like spicy and I am not fan of spicy at all. We are planning to visit this place again next week. You should go too at lease once, I bet you will got addiction of it ....!!!

Finally decided to try this place out after seeing it every time we go to Target. The place feels a little dingy, but I dug the 90s tunes. I went ahead and ordered the chicken strips while spouse got the Chicken Breast and waffles. We also got water cups which apparently come in shot glass size. Chicken breast was tasty, but bordering on dry. Maybe if we had gotten spicy it would have packed more of a punch. The waffles was a sad doughy thing that just was disappointing. Chicken Strips were bang on. Nothing unique, but super solid flavor, great crunch, everything you expect from a chicken strip. Fries were awesome, but the cheese upgrade was so not worth it. They added nothing, but luckily the fries didnt need. Best bite of the night. Willing to try them again for sure. Minor Pet Peeves: Hot restaurant Single use cutlery, paper plates, felt like a lot of cost cutting.

Honestly, my friend and I were excited to see a halal fried chicken place, since getting soul food in the muslim community in Sacramento area can be very difficult unless we cook it ourselves. The chicken was kind of dry and really lacking flavor except for pepper. The macaroni and cheese had this slimy texture to it and was outright flavorless. The burger was ok, lacking seasoning as well and the French fries were pretty decent. Yes everything is made to order, so its nice and hot when it comes to you but it really leaves a lot to be desired. I give them props for trying to cater to the African American community/ or southern community or whoever loves fried chicken but this place isnt at all for the ones who know their chicken. May God bless them for their efforts.

Been telling my SO to try this place for awhile and it did not disappoint! Best fried chicken weve had !! The chicken was crispy and wasnt overly oily like other fried chicken places, I recommend the spicy option , my hubby who salts EVERYTHING didnt have to put anything extra on the chicken. Good sized chicken pieces, got a three piece combo and my husband couldnt finish it, I got a waffle w/ two thighs and was very full. The regular fries are so so good, crunchy and perfectly seasoned. The employees were very nice and answered all of my questions. 10/10 we will be back.

I only work in this area if I am covering for my coworkers and I will be hoping they need coverage all the time. I saw there menu on the fridge at work and thought I would give it a try and boy am I glad I did. This will be my new lunch spot, a good variety of chicken offerings and had the breast and thigh lunch special with garlic fries and I am savoring that flavor in my mouth until I get back to this side of town...Great Job

This place is garbage they make KFC taste good and KFC is awful for as much as they charge you can go to Popeyes and get better which is right up the street thank God for that... They also got mad at what I said and block me on Facebook for my comments which I find very funny I guess they dont like criticism for their overpriced and sloppy food....

Great food kind of Hidden Away over between Target and Michaels. If youre thinking of going to Popeyes stop and try this place first they even have a spicy chicken option very friendly they make the chicken as you order so its not very fast but definitely worth the wait they also have wonderful waffles to go with your chicken

Alright Im from the bay area, and there is no designated fried chicken shop. We were coming back from Tahoe, and the chicken was great. Good service, large quantity, and good service. The chicken batter was great and didnt fall of the meat. In conclusion, if Im in Sacramento Im coming here

Give this little shop a try, The food is simple here. Fried Chicken and french fries made in clean oil, to order and not before. So expect some wait time for the Chicken to cool down. You can tell the owner puts his heart and soul into this shop and the food is all the better for it.

Delicious food. Friendly staff. Quick service. Sourdough burger was awesome, wife had a standard crispy chicken (shes really picky about her fried chicken, and she loved it), son had the BBQ crispy chicken. All of it was great.

Hidden gem in rancho Cordova/Sacramento. Amazing service, delicious food ranging from chicken, burgers, to fries and onion rings. I dont follow the halal practice but this is some of the best chicken in town.
