This is the most unbelievable starbucks that ive ever been to. I was told by a barista "gabe" they have a policy that they cant take no additional order by the window.. imagine that?!!?! Thats totally b.s all i asked for was 2 boxes of apple juice and a tea( HOT WATER WITH A TEA BAG)!!! Were only der customer and theres no line behind us..and i said its fine nxt time it wont happen but what did he say?!? Oh thats fine for u but not for us! lol seriously!!! IF YOU HATE UR JOB THAT MUCH THEN GET OUT OF THAT JOB!

This location and drive through is ideal but they are clearly understaffed. First, the staff member we dealt with was a bit rude and didnt know the answers to our questions, so I get that its busy and youre rushed but you dont take that out on us. We made a fairly large lunch order, despite that, and they remembered the drinks but not to heat up the food. After I asked if it just takes a long time, they finally put the food in the oven. 20 minutes to get a drink and bagel.

I was there and had a coffee at about 12 noon, and had lunch there as well. About 3:00 pm I approached the cashier and asked to refill my cafe (the one I had about 12 noon). The Personnel who was serving me, asked me if I had my first coffee there. It seems he was living in a society who would lie for a buk.

Ordered my berry hibiscus and waited for almost 15 minutes. They got everyones order behind me and I started to ask the barista whats taking so long. It happens they never started it. Thankfully, the only nice barista offered to make it right away. You should avoid this place...

Access to parking is difficult, seating is limited, and usually packed with nice yet noisy high schoolers. Took 15 minutes to get my latte ready because they give priority to pick up orders. Ill be avoiding this one...
