I guess if you arent a regular here your order and money doesnt matter and they just try to rob you basically...I spent $5 for a Grande in a Venti with 2 add shots...I got none of my shots and the coffee I got was extremely weak..even though I got the bold of the day...this is not my first bad experience here either..just one of many and the one that pushed me over the edge...only reason I have then one star is because you cant leave a review without selecting one. I used to be a Starbucks barista and you would have never walked into my store and receives such horrible service. The Starbucks in San Ramon..all of them..have horrible service all around from the drinks to the service. Dont go here!

Very popular local hangout for the area throughout the week. Staff is friendly, but they arent on top of keeping this Starbucks location clean and tidy. By the end of the day the place as used Starbucks paper straw wrappers / paper napkins all of over the floor. Coffee, other beverages, food are just like any other Starbucks. Plenty of free parking within the Marketplace Shooping Center. 2 unisex restrooms, but no diaper changing table in either restroom.

if you like to get a cup of coffee I would not recoment you this place at all. Customer service is low and very dirty lobby!! Cashier is rude and not experienced. However I have starbicks app but he said i can not earn stars with my purchase at this store just because I had not reload my card yet!!!!!☹️ My order was a Venty Americano 4 shots, but got only 2 shots!!!!!

The employees at Market Place Starbucks are awesome. I just wish they stayed open a little later on Friday and Saturday. Last week I went to every Starbucks in San Ramon at 9:10pm and found them all closed. Please reconsider weekend hours.San Ramon residents deserves at least one store open till 10:pm. This location seems to stay quite busy all day. Lots of people with laptops and having meetings here. Only for a couple of brief moments did I see no one in line as I sat there for four or five hours. Service was friendly both times I went up to order.

The location is good and the staff too. But there is very little space between the cashier and the shelves with Starbucks products on display. Also very sticky floors (not just in on spot) but all throughout
