Horrible service at this Starbucks. "Barista" Kelley was working the drive through at 4:00pm on Saturday November 14, 2015. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through line because Kelley was being a rude, nasty, unprofessional employee to customers. We asked if certain flavors of fraps were there and she reluctantly said no their discontinued. So I asked what flavors do they have. Her response: "We can make a frap out of anything". Ok then why was it a big deal to not make what we asked? So we just ordered a peppermint frap which Kelley was rude the entire order. After waiting another 20 minutes we pull up to the window and a different lady took our payment. When she took the frap from Kelley she asked is this a frap? Kelley said no they were difficult and ended up no ordering it. Uh no. We did order it. I should have waited another 10 minutes for them to fix the order but since we waited for 40 minutes already I took it and left. Never coming here again. Kelley needs an attitude adjustment if she continues to work with the public. Not a good rep of Starbucks for sure.

Service sucks here!!!! The guy who took my order was rude because I told him that he gave me the wrong cup. He said (with an attitude might I add) that I ordered mocha frap, which I didnt (When I was ordering, he asked me twice so I thought he heard what I wanted). So, he said sorry but I feel that it was insincere cause he said it with a rude tone. I just ignored his rude attitude because I just wanted my choc molten frap and didnt want to deal with it. Anyway, so I got my order that he personally prepared and when I tried it, it tasted weird. It was too bitter, which in fact shouldve been sweet. I ended up throwing it on the trash because I really cant handle the taste, then took off.

The customer service I received was friendly to an extent until ...my drink had to be made 3x before it was made correctly....it was not a complex order ( Grande soy mocha frappacino). The girl who took my order and made my drink the 1st time had the nerve to tell me it was my fault because she thought I said something else. (If she could not hear me she could have asked me to repeat a little louder) second time a different girl made the drink but the corrections were not communicated to her so she made it incorrectly. I understand mistakes happen but dont be rude to a customer for your mistake. Needless to say this experience sucked.

Just got back from there and ordered a midnight mint mocha, this is the second one I had form there. The first one was great, but the one I bought today taste nothing like the first. The first one had a great sense of chocolate and mint flavor, the second one was over powered by the amount of whipped cream present. I can barely taste mint or chocolate in this, rather it taste like a bland creamy somewhat coffee drink without much else to say about. Actually very disappointed in buying the second one. Not sure exactly what the difference is, but the second was just unappealing and unpalatable.

When I visited here, it was about 10:30 am and after being outside, this place seemed very dark inside. Its definitely one of the smaller ones. Also the drive-in goes through the building, which I think is a poor choice both structurally to be explained and aesthetically. (See the attached pics.) I contemplated sitting outside to relax since the inside was so dark, but because of the tight space outside, I knew I would be inhaling car fumes while having my morning coffee and snack. No, thank you! So, Im off to another cafe.

Went in there, had four different people tell me why they couldnt take my order, because of their cash register. Then manager came out and explained to me why they told me that. If they would have put half the effort into explaining why they couldnt take an order into taking an order everything would have moved a lot faster. Everytime i go there these jack azzes have their thumb up their azz. Like no one wants to face the fact that they have to work. Best thing there? Outside seating

The older redhead lady is rude everytime i go there. They constantly change who is working the drive thru speaker even during your order. It always causes issues. Three times in a row they have taken a long time. The second time they gave me a free drink. I used it on the third visit and they got my order wrong and were rude about it when i questioned it. I will be going to a different starbucks from now on.

This is literally the worst Starbucks ever. I live down the street and over the 10+ times I have been here they are always either out of my first and/or second choice of drink, or they get my order completely wrong. Whoever does the ordering for this location needs to be fired. The wait time is high but it wouldnt bother me if I could actually get what I came for once I finally get to order...

They always forget something?Last time I ordered caramel macciato and I got hot milk????This time I ordered small freshly brewed coffee with caramel sauce, I got small old (you can taste the difference)coffee no caramel :/.Its not rocket science to listen costumer and make it right or is it???

I live about three blocks away, I go there often enough that half the staff know me by name. I dont even have to order anymore, they see me and start making my drink. As far as busy goes? Its the ONLY coffee shop this side of concord, and Im never waiting more then 5 minutes anyways!

Yes the redhead is very rude. She should be fired! I have been going there for 6 years only because its close to my house. Otherwise I would be going somewhere else. She always messes up on my order and acts like its my fault.

Love this Starbucks. Been coming here for the past couple years. Great and friendly staff. They are awesome at making drinks and also quick. Better than others in the area that Ive been too. 100 percent recommend this Starbucks.

I ordered a strawberry and cream frappuccino and it was just a watery smoothie with whip cream,then I ordered a strawberry acai with light ice, it was water with a drop of lemonade with strawberrys and half of the cup was ice!!

I rarely go to Starbucks because I really think the coffee is lousy however this last time I went thru the drive thru a guy by the name of Robert was so rude Ill never go back!!!

Very convenient drive thru option but be willing to wait in line and strugle placing your order on the Intercom as they have trouble hearing you. Hope they fix it soon.

Pretty average as far as Starbucks goes. Drive thru often has a long line, which also slows down in store transactions. Also seem to run out of cold brew coffee

Its a Starbucks, so the drinks and food are predictable, but the people are really nice there, ant its in a not very busy location, which is nice.

Everytime time I go there they get my order wrong ,they have one lady who gets it right everytime. But when she isnt there your taking a chance.
