Purchased two drinks. One spilled. I cleaned up my own mess with the two towels they threw on the bar. I cleaned the floor, bar and display. Didnt receive a thank you, NOTHING! At that point I would of referred for them to flip the finger. As I am cleaning, the workers were complaining that they couldnt place the orders on the bar because of the spill. They didnt even replace my drink. Couldnt wash my hands. NOTHING. Rude and customer service is poor. Went back on other time just to get a drip for my husband. SERVICE HORRIBLE!

Ive been going to this store for a couple of months now using mobile order. The service is really good but I noticed lately that the caramel machiato and Latte are starting to taste like warm milk with barely any coffee and I cant even taste the caramel at all. I dont know if its just me getting use to it or theyre cutting down with their ingredients.

Services are great. Super friendly HOWEVER!!! They always have the AC on full blast when its freezing outside! I dont mind it when its a bit warm out. It just ruins the whole experience. Just make it a little less cold. Im not alone when I say it, everyone else complains too.

I like this location because it has drive through. The costumer service isnt the best nd the waits are long .This isnt my favorite location but it does the job. Over all not all of the staff are horrible but there is one birista who I found to be quite rude.

Yikes filthy overflowing garbages, trash on the floor, dirty fixtures and staff that sneezed into his hand before making a drink! I asked him to please wash his hands and he said no. I do NOT RECOMMEND. Oh and music is too loud.

This is one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Also when I was there, they dont go in order on how the drinks where made. I had to wait 20 after I ordered to get my drink made. Poor service

Terrible Starbucks. Ordered a venti soy chai latte and the dude filled half the cup with tap water first. Dont go here, or if you do, watch how they make your drinks.

Small but cozy -- full of tables and seats with such little room. Staffs are very friendly. However the free Wi-Fi is slow like crazy.
