When I walked in I let the guy serving at the counter know that I was a beginner and I am not familiar with Mediterranean food. He was very friendly and walked me through each step and gave me great recommendations for each part of the process. He made sure to ask me what sort of tastes I preferred before each recommendation and warned me what was spicy. The place itself feels very modern and they have free open wifi. The baklava was a nice dessert after the pita. The pita itself was layers of fantastic flavors. I mainly just put my trust in the guy at the counter and asked what he would choose if he were going to eat one. It was a wise decision as it came out quite good and I look forward to returning.

I tried this place on a whim. I ordered the half & half bowl. The staff were very nice. I asked what the green spicy sauce was and they immediately prepared a sample for me to try. Get it, its really flavorful and not too spicy. The eggplant was the best part. It is served cold and in a sweet red pepper sauce that makes it rich with a creamy texture. The chicken was tender but the falafel balls fell short. They were oddly crispy and course ground. The pitas come in an enclosed box, then you rip off the perforated top to use the box as a holder. The baklava was fresh and crispy just like it should be. The only downside is the service was a little slow; be prepared to be patient in line.

I love this place. I can get healthy food without sacrificing taste! All the food is tasty and good. Its a bit confusing as to how it all works at first and the staff arent always as helpful as they could be but they certainly respond well when asked. I think it might be more difficult for them when there is a line and speed is important. This is not a complaint on the staff. Ive been in at night when there is no line and they proactively take care of you. I dont mind the $10ish price for the falafel bowl that I get as I feel like Im paying for healthy food. I will now be a fairly regular customer for lunch.

One of the few good Med places I know about in the Tri-Valley. I had no idea what to get when I walked in, and the friendly worker helped me out to a half-half pita with a little bit of everything. The prices were a bit on the higher side, but it was definitely enough to fill you up. I wish the pita was warmer, but the flavors of all the veggies and the falafel were fresh, crisp, and great. Im gonna come here more instead of Arbys now!

OMG. This place is soooo freaking good. We just moved our office really close to here and now Im afraid Im going to gain tons of weight from eating here everyday. The Gotta Eatta Pita-Pleasanton is the best Ive ever had in my life. Ive been here twice now and once I got their chicken Sharma bowl and the second time I got a Gotta Eatta Pita-Pleasanton bowl and OH MY GOD take me back now.

Its like chipotle but for pitas, you build your own with the ingredients. Plus they have stuff like eggplant, roasted red peppers, etc. You can get the ingredients in a bowl if you dont want the pita. Have been looking for a good pita place in the area and finally we have one. Could be "warmer" inside it feels kinda sterile with plastic everything but the food is good so whatever.

Love the simple menu. It makes for quick choices. The service is quick. You let them know what you want, and they walk you down the service line and make your pita or bowl the way you like. Their take out packaging for pitas is amazing. It is a small cardboard box that has a zip strip. This lets you take off the top and still have support for holding it. I will definitely be back.

Had the half n half bowl with a little of everything. It was great with a creamy sauce, then a spicy sauce and leaving me with an impression of a salad. The flavors were unusual but not too strong and the primary ingredients seem to suggest a vegetarian diet. It almost convinces me with its unusual variety that a veggie diet is possible.

Had the shawarma, and it was surprisingly flavoured. One complaint I usually have with shawarmas in USA is that theyre usually bland. This place has an option of spicing it up, which is excellent. Their falafels arent bad either, but not the best. Hummus is top notch, and they also have decent beers on tap!

I tried the outlet in Pleasanton before, which I found confusing. So this time round in the Danville outlet I was more prepared. I went for the six piece falafel pita with all the options. It tasted really well. Much better than my previous experience. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

This place is great! Very fresh ingredients, lots of different toppings and delicious food. Simple and tasty... Plus you can order locally crafted beers on tap with your pita. Decent dining atmosphere and the staff was really nice. If I ever go to Pleasanton, I will definitely go here again.

One of the best pita experience we ever had!!!! And they were closing, such a friendly staff, especially Kaylah, I thought she was one of the owners daughters, what a wonderful attitude she has, they are lucky to have her as an employee, and the food was GREAT Thanks again Kaylah.

Really beautiful, fresh, fast Mediterranean fare. Great prices, good veggie options only meat option is chicken shawarma, very tasty. The falafel are made in slightly smaller balls that are great, albeit a bit spicy. Will definitely go back if in the area! Very friendly staff.

We came in around 2:30 when it was slow. The tables hadnt been clean, the floors were filthy and the trash was packed. I thought it was that dirty because I had come in after the lunch rush. But I stayed there for 3 hours with a friend and no one tended to the eating area.

Had lunch here, staff was extra friendly and offered samples for everything before you ordered it. I got a bowl with pita on the side and it was plenty of food and a beget deal than the ruler pita. Food was great and is a nice healthy option for a quick lunch.

Quick and easy pitas and wraps. The bowls are massive and large enough for two people with moderate appetites to share. Crowded during lunch hours as expected with little parking. Great healthy option in Pleasanton.

Where is the 6 star option? I was hesitant to try this place at first, but once that chicken shawarma hit my lips, I was sold. I work down the street and eat here often. Im still waiting for my t shirt.

Its the Chipotle of Falafel & Chicken shawarma. They offer free Hummus samples while you are waiting. You can have a sandwich or a bowel. Ask for the hidden menu (they can make half sandwich).
