Food is good but there onsite catering service sucks. Recently I asked them to cater at my sons 3rd year party which was in a park and they arrived 1 hour late (which caterer arrives 1 hour late for a kids party!!!) and took another 1/2 hr to set-up the table. Even though they knew the party is in a park (from the address), they were not all well prepared for the wind and after multiple attempts (which took another hour) of getting the proper flame they were able to prepare the dosa and by that time more than 50% of my guest had already left without eating any dosa. Also, they are very very irresponsive when it came to confirming my booking. I had to send them multiple emails and multiple calls before I finally got my confirmation. They got 3 stars from me for the good but if I had to rate them on the basis of the service I will probably give them 1 star. I dont think I will go with them next time.

IGNORE. USE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMETHING ELSE. Ordered chicken 65, chicken lollipop, vijayawada biryani and a mutton pepper masala. The only thing good was fennel seed mouth freshener (Saunf). Food tasted very ordinary and I ended up disappointed that I paid for it. My rating out of 10 for each dish. Chicken 65: 0/10 Chicken lollipop: 3/10 Vijayawada Biryani: 3/10 Mutton pepper masala: 0/10 Naans: 3/10 (really how can a Indian restraunt get that wrong)

Very poor quality food.. the website says authentic freshly prepared but they heat frozen food and give it to you. Why would I ever go to them? Parotto is made by heating frozen food made by some one else. Also other curry items are too oily and tasteless. They seem to sell jewelry better than serving food here. Sanitation is very poor and the bathrooms here are very unclean. Im not sure if health inspection is done at this restaurant or not.

Ordered at 12:15 PM, was told to pick up in 20 to 25 mins. Reached at 1 PM to pick up. I was told to wait for 2 mins. No food was prepared until another 25 mins. I and my family lost appetite already. While asking why didnt they tell me earlier that it would take that long and to cancel the order. The manager was extremely rude and shouting. I like the food but not going back to them ever in future.

I wanted to try a new restaurant and went to this restaurant. When I entered I was not impressed. Once we were seated my impression changed totally. We had Rava dosa and dum biriyani and another paneer biriyani. The food was good. To my surprise the sambar was very tasty. Great hospitality and smiling staff.

Mysore Masala dosa Sucks... Sambar, Medu Vada, or any south indian foods specially Karnataka & Andra related snaks which are on menu are prepared far away from its actual authenticity..... biryani sucks... Not a good place for people those who loves only Veg food

Good --------- We went for a early dinner so there was no rush and things were clean. okay --------- Food was okay. Ambiance was just okay. Bad ------- Salt shakers were not having salt. Its a self service type of hotel, except the food delivery.

We had manchurian to just to taste the food. After having a manchurian we loved it so much we had dosas and north indian food as well. Being a south indian restaurant the north indian food was also above the mark. Also the biryanis were tempting.
