This was the first time I have been here, I live in the area and thought to try it out for breakfast. I am also gluten free and they had noted gluten free bread options on the breakfast panini menu online. I ultimately ordered a scramble and a kids scramble, with a side of potatoes since the menu did not indicate that the scrambles were served with anything. I was also asked what drink I wanted with the kids meal and chose the oj. I get my order to go and got home to find my scramble not only came with a side of potatoes (so I didnt need to order one for almost $2) and toast...which we cant eat. Thankfully it was wrapped in parchment paper and not touching the other food, but I could have asked for a gf option or no toast. Also, the kids beverage was NOT included and was charged additional. I was not planning on ordering beverages for my to go meal but figured if it comes with it, ok. Lastly, and probably the most dissapointing, was that the food was very bland. It didnt seem seasoned at all. I am not a hyper-flavor lover, I just like a little seasoning on my food. I have to say, I will not be coming back.

We had been driving for over an hour and were so hungry. We were headed to an event at the fairgrounds in Pleasanton and wanted to eat first. I ordered the spinach & egg panini but it was so tiny I almost needed a magnifying glass to see it! Did not do much to satisfy my hunger. Also, our order was eat-in and I was disappointed they served our cappuccinos in to go cups. Would not go here again.

Awful. I spent $203.00 for 24 half sandwiches and two salads. One salad was supposed to feed 8-10 people. It was the size for one with no salad dressing. I called the location to have them fix this and send me another salad they came back with only the dressing. I do not recommend this place. Pass it up.

Slow service, nobody bussing tables, smells like a old stinky trashcan in the dining area. Not sure what was up but the experience was terrible. Usually they do a better job. Our bad experience was on 12/03/2016

Love their breakfast all day. Tomato Basil soup is great and Asian Wonton salad with edamame too. They were out of potatoes as a breakfast side, accommodated with a side of pancakes at no extra charge.

For how much I paid for what I ordered, the product certainly didnt look like it. Definitely didnt taste good. Perhaps just the chips. Likely not going back.

Similar menu to Panera Bread Co., but way better environment! Feels cute and quaint. Great service and tasty food, but like Panera its on the pricier side.

Took 30 minutes Saturday afternoon to get a salad, soup and 1/2 sandwich. Soup arrived cold, then returned scalding hot from microwave.
