last week april 4th my wife went to buy ube macapuno cake @ this red rd ibbon bakeshop in great mall..were so dissapointed coz the cake was kinda hard even the macapuno string in it..so i went back to the store and talked to the supervisor...and since i didnt have the receipt i didnt get a replacement for it...the supervisor asked for my telephone # and was told that a manager will call me...and even with the rceipt they could not replace the cake coz there was no manager @ that moment...its been six days and still no call from the management...so i went there instead and got a chance to talk to the area manager..and all i got was an apology and said that she thought that the supervisor called me bout the feedback...i do not reccomend this particular red ribbon location coz of theyre VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...hope this would help other people to think twice before going to this location..

Red Ribbon Bake Shop Review 2/25/2012 *** Buyer Beware: Read This! *** We finally got our order after series of screwed up from the Red Ribbon Woodside staff! Date: 2/25/2012 Order #330. We placed a phone order for to-go a half an hour ahead. Staff Bryan answered the phone. We arrived but order was never processed since he was supposed to get our credit card payment (must be pre-paid). He said he forgot! Then, another staff Rizza worked on our order. We left and found out later that she forgot our 2 chicken empanadas! She even insisted that it was never placed, but when she saw the receipt! It was clearly charged! Upper or even corporate management should learn from this. They wasted our New York time, gas and we are late for work! I am spreading the word to everyone.

This place is ok. Some of their food items compete with their neighbor Jollibee. Their baked goods are ok. Cakes are very sweet.
