The Burgers, at least at this particular "Habit Burgers", were marginal at best. ......and as for the tri tip sandwich, Ive think there might be more meat in a Garden Burger. Thats the least of what I saw that disturb me. After asking one of the gals behind the counter if she could please replace the ketchup that happened to be empty. Whilst removing the spigot from the reusable pump, she was talking to another manager and complaining about work related opinions, dropped the before mentioned pump for the ketchup on the floor and proceeded to put it back into the new container ketchup. When confronted about this, which you know I did she said, and I quote " Did I drop it? I dont remember, I am so stressed" which then resulted in a half-assed attempt the washing the pump. Nuff said. Dont wasted time

I ordered today an Albacore Tuna Sandwich, it was not fresh, smells fishy and texture was slimy, when I complained to the manager Maria Santos she stated that it is slimy because it is cooked medium, I said I didnt ask for MEDIUM! I told her my stomach turn and spit out the food! She said it is always cooked medium. I told Maria that I have always come and ordered TUNA but this is the only time my stomach turned and almost vomited my stomach content, I spit out the food! The manager doesnt care about the complain of the customer!!! I wouldnt recommend this place!! If only theres a ZERO star!! Thats what I would rate them because of MARIA SANTOS - MANAGER

This was my 2nd time at the Alameda location I took 4 of my grandchildren after a Sf dance festival performance..we were really hungry and how fries and onion rings were hot but the betters were not our cheeses didnt even melt.Suppose to be hot off the grill my youngest grandson didnt like the root beer soda so I asked for a chic. Shake and to pay the difference the manager did approve for one to be made for us w/o cost so that helped make up for my cold burgers so I guess because the customer service was good the staff is friendly..i should give them 3 in a half stars

They need to double check the customer requests specified on the order. They put tomato on my tri-tip sandwich when I asked them to leave it off. A lady friend with me got sick that night after eating her sandwich because they didnt cook the meat enough. The meat of the burger/tri-tip is typically cooked to medium which is still pink/red in the center. Be sure to request that they cut the tri-tip to smaller pieces and to cook it more or longer to the way you want it.

25 minutes for my food with one person in front of me. Watched my side order of onion rings fried green beans and sweet potato fries sit on the counter for 12 minutes. They did offer to remake my side orders but I wasnt going to wait another 25 minutes for my sides now that it was busy . I like The Habit Burger grill they have decent food this particular location service not that great.

Watch out In and Out, youve got competition. As a loyal In and Out fan, I really dont know what to do anymore when it comes to satisfying my craving for a good cheap burger. With the two burger joints almost right next to each other, and both just as good and similarly priced, I am truly torn. Maybe the fact that The Habit Burger also offers yummy salads will be the deciding factor.

I used to like Habits until I went a cpl months ago and the cook burned tried 3x to fix my burger and each time, it was burned. I couldnt believe that the supervisor still expected me to pay. The next time I went, the supervisor said she would ask the cook not to burn my burger. If you have to ask the cook not to burn the food, that person should be mopping the floor.

Got a chicken club. Told the young lady no Mayo. They put Mayo on it. By the time I got to Walgreens on Webster reached inside French Fries hard and cold. Irritated couldnt turn around had appointment I was trying to get too. Trying to call and the phone is busy. I am again irritated and wont stop there again.

Ordered half onion rings+fries with a charburger online. They say they dont start the onions+fries till I get there so theyre fresh...but I dont think they even stated my burger waited about the same amount of time it takes me to wait for same order if I ordered in person. Cashier staff are awesome though.

Pretty typical quality for The Habit which is good. The only complaint would be seriously long wait times. My SO chose The Habit and I chose Panda Express across from it. I not only received my food, but finished half my meal before she had even given her order. Could use some speed improvements.

These were the nastiest veggie burgers Ive ever had, and Ive had some pretty bad, hockey-puck style burgers. There were also no redeeming qualities to the fries. To top it off eating inside this restaurant was like eating inside a jungle gym, there were kids running around everywhere.

The tempura green beans are okay but not as good as I hoped they would be. I ordered the chicken club which was tasty (comes with avocado, yum) and a chocolate malt which was nice and thick.

Regular burger place (Clean and quite). Nothing really stands out from their menu. Good burgers but thats it. Had a strawberry shake made from what tasted like low quality ice cream.

Good burgers cooked with fire. Service is good too. Sometimes there are long lines. If there is a long line, I usually get an ice cream cone for an appetizer while I wait.
