My mum has come here for lunch a few times with her friends and enjoyed the food here, so when my cousin was in town a few months ago we took him here (of course, it didnt hurt that we had a coupon too ;)). It is in a block of businesses on Lake that share a large parking lot in the back, so parking was pretty easy to find. SanSai is a quick and casual Japanese restaurant, so you order at the counter and grab a table while waiting for your order to be called. We got the following: 1. SPICY PORK LOIN PLATE WITH ORIENTAL SALAD AND SUMI SALAD (All plates come with a choice of two gourmet salads, rice, and a veggie skewer) -- This was my mums order. She thought the pork was fine, but not anything special. She did not care for the salads; I could not try them, however, since they both contained nuts. 2. SPICY PORK LOIN BOWL WITH TOMATO SALAD (All bowls include a choice of a gourmet salad and rice) -- This was my cousins order. He also felt that the meat was okay. 3. TEMPURA PLATE WITH 3RD AND 4TH SALAD (this receipt is sooooo helpful -_-) -- We got this to share. The tempura was not good at all... it was quite poor quality. And the two salads were horrible. 4. LAS VEGAS ROLL -- My order! I did not appreciate that the menu does not list the roll ingredients! I asked the girl at the counter what was included in this roll, since I was not familiar with it, so she listed all the ingredients. It sounded good, so I ordered it. And when it came time to eat it, I discovered that she left out a key ingredient--SALMON!!! Why is this a big deal, you ask? BECAUSE I HAVE A SALMON ALLERGY -_- I just took the salmon out (gave it to my mum) and ate the rest and I was fine... but seriously, I cant believe she left out the key ingredient. Suffice it to say, none of us really enjoyed our meal here. Overall, it wasnt bad... but it wasnt good. And Im irked about the salmon. And disappointed with the tempura, along with the two salads I did manage to try. My mum is still open to coming back here for lunch, but this visit was enough for me.

Eats: Ahi Tuna Salad Franchise Japanese food and sushi is generally a bad idea, but I must say that the food was filling and palatable. My ahi tuna salad came with a good selection of mixed greens in a decent sized bowl. What stood out was the creamy wasabi mayo dressing which pleasantly surprised me with the kick. The downer was the slices of ahi tuna. It seems that all the searing probably gets done way ahead of time, then the seared ahi tuna pieces go back in the fridge, as my pieces were fridge cold. Not a bad place for lunch since its fast and easy. Will probably come back and try something else when I forget how cold my ahi tuna pieces were.

I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, and go back to them. They continue to mess up the order. I ask them to not make a mistake on a particular order, so they focus on that. Then they forget about the rest of the order. Not once, but four times. A little excessive. Recently placed a telephone order. Quoted $30. I had someone else pick up the order, and it was $38. When I opened the bag, I found out why... they gave me two orders of the same thing. I asked them to credit my credit card for the extra item. They asked me to physically return. For $8.... my time and gas is worth more than that. I think they should have credit the credit card.

I have been hearing about this spot for months and am so happy they are now open!!! This was the most delicious San Sai Japanese Grill I have ever had in my life, and that is no lie! I had the San Sai Japanese Grill and the texture was so good I couldnt believe what I was eating. The portions were generous, the broth was Hot and the service was excellent! I can barely button my pants but cant stop thinking about when I am going to go back and if what I will have next time!!! I love noodles, I really love San Sai Japanese Grill and I have finally found the perfect spot!

마틴루터킹목사 추모기간 공휴일이였지만 영업했었으며 세계 어디를가도 일식은 실패하지 않다는걸 느낌. 메뉴 선택후 샐러드도 선택하는데 먹고싶은걸로 선택하면됩니당 양은 우리나라 코바코 메뉴 한개정도 생각하면됩니다. In this place taste good!

I absolutely love this place! Their food is delicious their customer service is impeccable I love walking in and seeing Michael smile! Such a welcoming environment. The Managers are always on their Toes making sure the orders are out in time and every customer is satisfied. I just cannot say enough good things about this place I love it and I like I said I love walking in and seeing Michaels beautiful smile just makes me feel so good.

Ate here after seeing a movie and I was pleasantly surprised. I usually hate salads but i fell in love with their oriental salad. My friend had the linguini salad with spicy chicken. He loved it so much that he took a picture of it (he likes to take pictures of food dishes he likes). Would truly recommend. I wish I would have eaten here sooner. I go to the used dvd store a lot but never before stopped to eat. Now i will !!!

First time eating at this place about 2 weeks ago and LOVED it. very health conscious and great taste in ingredients. The salads are a BIT too COLD so if you have sensitive teeth be careful with that. The chicken, steak, pork and everything else is done very nicely and the juicy flavor is bold. Great place overall.

Had a nice lunch with co-workers here today. Food was priced reasonably, tasted very good and came in a reasonable amount of time. The ambiance isnt the best -- inside seating is noisy because of all the hard surfaces and outside seating is noisy because of the cars, but its no worse than any other quick lunch place.

Overall, very poorly kept location although it does offer plenty of room, including an outside seating area. The food, we ordered the spicy chicken bowl and the curry chicken bowl, were quite bland and dry. They also forgot to provide me with the miso soup that comes with my combo order.

Excellent! I love the oriental salad, order it everytime with my chicken. Plus the customer service here is out of this world. Every experience Ive had here ( which has been about 5 to date) has included friendly, helpful people workers. Highly recommend!!

Nice roomy place little but noisey perhaps. Spicey pork loin bowl with oriental salad. Pork was cooked perfectly and very tasty, salad was fresh, lovely roasted almond slightly slices with yummy dressing and crunchy components. Price was right also

Always a great place to stop for a healthy, option when running around in the neighborhood. Spicy, chicken bowl and the spicy tuna roll the best !!!
