We have ordered pizzas from this restaurant for a number of years. Usually, we are quite satisfied with the pizza and the delivery. Tonight, however, we got burned. Pizza was a little late but the worst part was that the pizza was almost cold. Not even room temperature. Supposedly it was brought in a hot bag, but either the bag failed, or the pizza sat around a while after it was made and so it went into the hot bag not so hot. Lukewarm pizza may be good the day after, but when you order it for dinner and it is not even mildly hot, not so good. Then, we had ordered extra cheese, but the pizza had NO extra cheese, and the ham, bacon and pineapple (which we can no longer order as a Hawaiian Luau pizza- have to custom order it as it is no longer a speciality) were very sparse. What a disappointment! It will be quite a while (if ever) before we order ANYTHING from them again! Pizza Hut has a whole new menu but nothing looks appetizing and so why bother? I called them and complained and they did offer to make a new pizza and deliver it, but our company couldnt stay and wait for another pizza to arrive, nor did we feel like dishing out another tip to the deliverer. Sorry, Pizza Hut, but you have lost our business.

Ever since I moved to this area this local pizza hut restaurant has screwed up my other every time. Delivering the wrong pizza once, another time it was cold, another time it had a topping I did not request. Long time ago I used to order pizza hut quite often. It has been at least a couple of years since the last time. Now they have a special, two medium pizzas with any toppings for 6.95. Not bad so I wanted to order that. It so happens that this particular restaurant does not honor the special announced on TV. Another pizza hut restaurant about 15 blocks from me does but if I want them to deliver the pizza I have to order from this lousy restaurant since that one does not deliver to me. Really Pizza Hut? I am only blocks away and I am stuck ordering from this greedy restaurant, wow! Not only does this restaurant hiked the price by a dollar, but they charge for delivery, plus you have to tip the driver. That adds another 7-9 dollars to the order. Sorry but there is another mom and pops pizza place that do deliver to my home and they have some great pizza. Oh and they deliver for FREE! Pizza Hut, eat your heart out. You just lost a customer for good this time.

Make sure you order already by phone or online for pick-up...that way you dont waste too much waiting...Good attitude makes for good service....Cursing these people only creates tension in their work....just because you want to get royal services...start by giving them a courteous attitude...We have been ordering ours from this location and never had a problem with their services or the orders we picked up...they even gave us a free for an item we ordered by mistake...So...

This used to be a great pizza Hut til they changed their chicken fettuccine pasta into 2 tiny trays that is not equal to 3lbs like its being advertised and the last 3 times in a row the portion is getting smaller and smaller and it is now a single layer and very dry as hell and hair...long black hair..this place is not very sanitary and I dont see anyone with hairnets.

After 30 minutes they delivered my pizza it was cold and folded in half one portion of it was missing.when I called I couldnt speak with the manager he probably didnt want to come to the phone the cashier had to solve the problem.I had to wait another 30 minutes for my pizza.bad service bad manager.

Wow!! They really stepped up their game, the cheese tasted amazing as did the meats and the crust was amazingly delicious! Used online ordering and was ready 20 minutes later for pickup!!

I do not eat pizza a lot. I gave them 5 stars because the pizza I ordered ( Chicken and Bacon Parmesan or something like that ) was delicious. Service was fast and on time.
