Well lets see how do we start price on Sunday for $21 and some change for an adult senior is completely ridiculous $26 and some change for regular dogs is worse. And of course theyre doing like every other Buffet charging you separately for your soft drink. Lets start with salad bar cant go wrong thats all I can say just add lettuce croutons cucumbers and tomatoes thats all they have to really offer secondly crab legs on Sundays lot of them but the catch with that is you can get warm butter but crab legs are cold as hell my brother was having a real hard time with cold crab legs now lets jump over lobster tail cook to tough everything was stuck to the tail of the lobster it was like fighting a piece of rubber off of something. They put cheese over the lobster tail I guess to help it out since it was cooked too tough. We are going to jump over to the fruit section beware no one watching flies advancing the fruit. The baked lobster that was next to the fried frog legs was pretty good very good matter of fact, now the fried frog legs again no seasoning they forgot to even use seasoning in the batter in the only season they have here to use is either Tabasco or sriracha so if you dont like either one youre SOL. Waitress was pretty slow slow to the point where you have to flag people down in order to get you your free refills. The bus boys are cleaning the table theyre moving as fast as they cant which is also slow too many tables too many people not enough Busboys. So the best I can say is I tried it it was okay and how the hell does anybody mess up on oysters On the Half-Shell then you know what kind of business Im talking about we came we saw we ate we wont come back.

mmm. AYCE food. Always a happy tummy at that point. Theres a decent selection of different types of food. However, I believe that its most catered to Asian style - theres chow mein, fried rice, sushi, a decent selection of seafood, and random foods that come out of the kitchen. That night we were there (in December) we had duck. Peking duck with hoisin sauce and buns. Hellz yah. Also, dont forget the wheel of gelato. My favorites were strawberry and pistachio. :D Manager and service was pretty awesome - so it bumped up the review another star. Our table always had water and dishes were cleaned off at a timely manner. We came here (about 14 of us) for my mothers birthday celebration. They do include gratuity with large parties. But the selection of food and freshness of it, was totally worth the deal. Its a bit of drive for me - I live in Rosemead. However, I wouldnt mind going if I was in the area or for celebration purposes. Theres plenty of parking. The venue is a huge spot - where theres plenty of seating and its right by the buffet area (it runs along the seating area). Last, but not least - CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN. Im a simple girl, chocolate fountains just make me happy.

On May 14, 2016, we were greatly dissatisfied with our experience at Luxe Buffet. Early that morning, my wife called and explained she wanted to bring a party of 18 people to dine at 4:00 p.m. She also discussed seating arrangements. She was assured that would not be a problem and that her request would be accommodate. When we arrived on time, no such seating arrangements had been made and it took an exceedingly long to seat our party. Much to her distress the supervisor was discourteous and annoying. A friend, who was unable to attend, stopped by Luxe Buffet that day. He talked with the front desk and left a vase of flowers and was assured the flowers would be presented to our dining party. Luxe Buffet did not informed us of this upon our arrival and did not make the flowers available to our party. When our friend went out of his way to pick up the vase of flowers at the restaurant the following day, he had to wait an inordinate amount of time until the vase of flowers was eventually located. The bottom line - the food was good, but the front desk was unorganized and handled the situation poorly. Do not rely on assurances from the front desk.

I dont know how people can rate this place with 5 stars. If I could give negative stars I would. it appears to be a nice place to eat but its gross. The lobsters arent cleaned and you get all the innards under a cheese crust. Also if youre not Asian, they make sure to give you just one half piece. Fine by me because once I found out all the nasty stuff is still in the lobster, I didnt want it anymore. All the dishes are geared towards an Asian pallet so expect things to be fishy. Chocolate fountain is ok and probably the highlight here. Crab legs are old and cold, they have no snap and taste salty. Ive been to way better buffets that cost double and triple what eating here costs but I guess you get what you pay for and this place is gross, not even a 3 star restaurant. If you dont have standards in quality and taste then this place is for you but if you expect to have fresh food that is good, then dont waste youre time here. PS we had dinner here.

My new favorite buffet! Theyve got Brazilian BBQ, sushi, and gelato!! The Brazilian BBQ was more of a plain old steak that theyve roasted but still tender and delicious! Even got a fresh grill to cook up your customized stir fry noodles. Sooo many options and super crowded, especially on Sunday during lunch when I went (they charged dinner prices for that particular time; about $25?). Much cheaper during the weekdays (like $13 for lunch but not sure if the selection is more limited). Still only waited about 5 minutes to get seated. Impressive! Well staffed. Good service. They even got baked buttery half lobster and crab legs, which went out super quick but they restock fairly quickly! Like every 5-10 minutes? Bathroom is fairly clean with fancy sinks that have a built in dryer! The only con is how far away this place is from my house but at least theyll open up a new location in Westminster mall. That would be so much closer!

My husband and I come here every weekend from Palm Springs. It was our favorite buffet because it was clean, the service was good and the food was excellent. However, these last couple of visits we noticed that they are slacking. The place has something not working, it doesnt look clean, and the service got awful. Our server never checked on us, NOT ONCE. I was trying to get her attention (because she was too busy on her phone) and she just walked away. Many of the food trays were empty. We waited for lobsters to be served at 3:45pm. Left at 4:15 and it was still not being served. The food that was available was ok but the service is a big thing for me which is why Im giving this place a low rating. All the servers and people at the front desk seem to be bothered by customers. I really dont think well be coming back. Ill be taking my money someplace else.

THE BEST EVER As a gift of appreciation for letting me stay at their house for a weekend before moving to NH, I took my friends out to The Luxe Buffet. This visit was my first visit and is already in my list for every time I visit California. The amount of and variety of food is amazing. You can have your basics of pizza, chicken, sausage and or go extravagant with stuffed lobster, seafood galore, etc. For dessert, you have choice of many pastries, fruit, chocolate fountain, and about nine flavours of gelato ice cream. The staff also is extremely friendly and professional. I never waited for a refill on my soda, which is important to me. The staff is very aware of your needs, including taking my phone to charge it when I needed. Plus, all the women, and Id say even the men, were gorgeous. WELL WORTH THE $30 Per Meal, which includes the tips.
