The first time I came here was with my huge family (My dad, mom, 4 sisters, 1 brother, my husband and my son). So if you count right we were a party of 10. When we arrived we couldnt find parking therefore my dad told my sister to get down and start to make the line. We all stayed with my dad to look for parking. Once we found a parking spot my sister was in the middle of the line. Imagine 9 of us trying to get were she was. Oh man, you should of seen everyones faces. I felt kind of bad. Of course, I understand them. It made the line 9x worst than how it already was. There was a black belt and all my family had to go under like if we were cutting the line. Im sorry if we annoyed you, but we have a very angry dad. If my sister would of not got down to make that line while we were looking for parking he would of drove off. My sincerest apologies for everyone else that was in line that day. When we finally got comfortable in line we had to grab a cup and get soda before being seated. We were already in the front, but they took us to the side. They asked how many of us were there. My dad told them it was 10 of us. They said it would take a little longer to be seated because we were a large party. After 10 minutes a waiter comes back and apologizes. He told us there was no tables available that could seat all of us because it was a very busy day. He asked my mom if it was okay if we just sat close to each other but in 3 different tables. My sisters were hungry already and one of them responded and said it was fine. My dad had gone to the restroom and when he got to the tables he was so mad. He was looking around and asked us why we were all separated if he took us out to eat so we can enjoy a night out to eat all together. My mom explained it to him and he said no this is unbelievable. He spoke with the person in charge. My dad told him he wanted us to sit all together and that he was sorry that my sister had agreed to this. The guy (maybe the manager) was so nice. He opened up the conference/reservation area and gave us a huge table inside. There was even some extra chairs. My dad thanked him and we were finally ready to eat. I was starving! There was so much to choose from. I was so excited I didnt know what to get first. I served myself a little bit of everything! I stuffed my plate and I even told my husband to get us an extra plate. The food was remarkably good. I didnt expect it to taste scrumptious. Maybe I was just really hungry, but everything I mean everything was good. I didnt try one thing I didnt like. I love the dessert section they had. They had so much to choose from. I only got ice cream and strawberries with chocolate thanks to eating too much yummy food. When we were ready to leave the waiter came back to apologize about the seating situation. Everyone was like no dont worry it was our fault, but they were really nice. As a result of their great customer service, their amazing food, having patience with us and for meeting my dads standards I give them 4 stars.

I decided to try this place on Veterans day. They offered free meals for all veterans, so I should not have been surprised by the long line. We actually showed up at about 7:45 pm. After seeing the line leading from the doorway to the end of the walkway, across the parking lot and back down the aisle to about even with the door, I decided to go elsewhere. Before I got back to the car though I changed my mind, so back we went to the end of the line. Only about 10 more people joined the line after that. It took us about 1 hour to get through the doors, then maybe 15 more minutes to be seated. During our wait we passed the time talking with another vet with whom we shared a table over dinner. Now you are probably expecting complaints about the wait, the poor selection of food at this late hour, the noisy atmosphere, etc. Well, I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by the full offerings of fresh entrees being served as soon as the serving dishes got low, and how delicious everything was. I would have expected the help to be extra tired and ready to be rid of the crowds by the time we were finishing up, but everyone that we had contact with was very helpful and genuinely friendly. I especially liked the barbequed pork ribs. The meat was falling off the bone tender and juicy. Same goes for the chicken. The yeast rolls were fresh and warm and the best tasting Ive ever had. Great sliced to order ham at the carving station.Great soft serve ice cream cones, a chocolate fountain with goodies to dip, and pumpkin pie for deseert. And to top it off they make fresh cotton candy for anyone that wants it. Havent seen that since the 60s.I say be a little adventurous, try it with an open mind, and you may very well like it.

I really really wanted to like this place. After seeing them advertised on television for so many years and never having one nearby, we finally broke down and drove 53 miles one way to give it a shot. Reading the reviews prepared me for a lot of what I saw tonight, but it doesnt soften the blow of actually experiencing it. The line was indeed out the door, at 6:30pm on a Saturday. Watch for people in the line ahead of you that cant stay off their phone because they are very likely updating the dozen or so other people in their party, still waiting comfortably in their vehicle(s) or that havent even arrived yet. I consider this an ambush. You get so close to the door, only to get pushed back when the familia shows up. This place was packed like Disneyland, straight up. You get inside and your zig-zagging a few times before being forced to get your drink while still waiting in line. This doesnt work so well for people toting a car seat and a newborn, like I was. Okay, then you pay and guess what? You wait some more. Finally you get seated, for us this evening, the whole process took about 40 minutes. Seating is tight, not crazy, but not comfortable either. Clientele? Ha! Put your hazards on and proceed slowly, you will be cut off and bumped repeatedly. Its a completely different vibe from Hometown Buffet. The food? Its definitely a cut above most buffets, I will give them that. Is it worth dealing with the worst of the worst when it comes to impatient people? Nah, never. I wont be back.

Your location is about 45-60 minutes away from or home. When we arrived we were told that this super long line would take about 1.5 hours. We then proceeded to wait from 5:05 PM to 7:40 PM, over 2.5 hours. As waited to be seated a 5 year old girl vomited on the carpet in front of the food in about 6 places and the staff reacted slowly to getting it up. I am sure you can imagine how terrible it would be to wait that long on Fathers Day and then be just 3 feet away from that. Once we were seated it took 25 minutes to get a glass of water and the BBQ ribs we came to get were never available after 6 attempts to get them. I told the manager and he brought a TOGO box with a few ribs as we left the location for us, but that was a waste as we were not headed home and the spoiled. The location was super crowed and the plates, cups, forks and spoons came out wet and some of them still had food on them. We had to wait in lines for 5-15 minutes to get any food items. It was a terrible experience. Called to talk to a manager and waited on hold for over 20 minutes.
