Well Im not one to normally write reviews buuutt, tonight the girl on speaker was speaking rude and when we asked her what our total was she quickly replied "your total at the next window." Then when we pull up to the window the young asian male with the earrings opens the window and asks us without gretting us, "what were your sides??" This kid mustve been lit. Then we ask for water cups and he looks around the register and looks at us saying "I cant find them".. And my bf and I were being hella chill about everything and were just like...okay.. Then before we left we ask one more time and he goes "yeah I looked for them already". So we def did not eat the biscuits. We went to taco bell for water. But the food was still good! What a queer night at Popeyes

Decent food but... after placing our order had to wait 40 mins for our food. Only to find out that they hadnt even started cooking it! Were then told that if we wanted what we ordered we would need to wait an additional 20 minutes. Then when my girlfriend suggested that this was BS the manager got an attitude and told here "this is what they have" basically just saying to deal with it. I expect a bit of time for better quality, but 40+ mins for the WRONG order is just too much. I think Ill go to Antioch next time. Will probably make it there and back faster than here.

Aboslutely terrible. I was so excited for this Popeyes to be next to my house but they continuously dissapoint me. I waited in the drive through speaker for 10 min when there was only one car at the window and nobody inside the store. They finally asked what I wanted and I said I wanted some chicken tenders and then told me they didnt have anymore. So I literally wasted my whole time to be told that they didnt have what I wanted and offered nothing for the inconvenience and it was not the first time this time. Either re-train your employees or hire new ones..

There is one girl here who is pretty trashy. Last week she was arguing with another employee who she had relations with...they were fighting and yelling outside for a long time. The drive through line was backed up for a long time and only one girl working inside. The other day I saw her with a bunch of trashy hickeys. She should be fired and the place would be much better off.

Im very happy that Popeyes open there new store in Oakley. That mean I dont have to drive to antioch. Anyway, I was at Popeyes with my family, I had great experience at Popeyes with there management. They are very friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Me and my family enjoy very much. Thank you

This location has work to do. Very nice staff, however always out of what we order. Three employees, two of them managers, had no idea what artificial sweetener was. The one finally found some in the dining area. Not much training going on

Fast food but without the FAST. You will NEVER get your food faster than 20 to 40 mins. I can order a pizza or chinies food and get it picked up faster than this place. Price is way over priced I could eat at chillies for the same price.

Horrible...I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was promptly ignored..4 of the staff looked right at me and ignored me completely...I felt invisible..I left never to return again..

This place is ok. Nothing bad, nothing great. They have some good specials they run every now and again which I will pick up. Better fast food for when youre in a pinch and dont feel like cooking.

We waited in the drive thru for about a minute, someone comes on and says, "Ill be right with you." We wait 6 more minutes and nothing! So, we left. Pretty bad.
