Visited Sizzler-Morgan Hill yesterday, 17 May 2014. We live in San Jose but enjoy traveling to Morgan Hill, approx. 10 miles, less crowded than Sizzler-San Jose-Capital Expressway. First bad experience ever! "No Baby Back RIBS" Settled for 2 Senior Salad bars. My wife thought that we should call prior to our next visit, but I told her that I will fight the crowds here in San Jose to enjoy Sizzlers Baby Back Ribs. There are other restaurants that serve BBQ Ribs for example…..Famous Daves located here in San Jose at the PLANT. Peace out late

Sizzler is a great value given how much food is offered at a reasonable price. You dont feel like you are in an overly populated food buffet place or a plastic chain diner environment. The salad bar options are amazing and you can have a huge dinner with the salad bar alone. I prefer Sizzlers over Sweet Tomatoes and Dennys when I am looking for a quick dinner with my husband! Even tacos and dessert are included in the salad bar, not to mention soups and wonderful salad options.

So so. After sitting down our server served us our steaks and drinks then disappeared. I went up to get my own refills for the drink. The meat was tough and chewy. The steak knife was dull and would only cut the meat with lots of effort. My table mates knife was dull as well. No server to get another utensil. The baked potato was good. Salad bar was very nice.

Bang up job for our family and many parties and families around us. Fathers Day dinner was just fine: salad bar up to snuff, steak at requested , and our server Vanessa was top drawer - attentive and ahead of our needs with a toddler. I was happily surprised and pleased. Warmly recommended.

Well, normally I would give a better review for Sizzler but, today the service was very poor. I had to ask 3 times for extra Malibu sauce. The ice cream machine was broken. I never did get my refill of water and the air conditioning was not working so the cold food got hot. Not pleased.

Came here for lunch as I was in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the steak and fast service. Prices have risen over the years but I felt the quality has too. That still have the cheese toast if you ask for it btw.

For two days now i wanted a rib eye dinner and they were out and didnt know when they would get them in. Now this was on a wed and thur. Not buzy days. The best part is they dont care, its just sorry were out.

great food, but rude service. when you dont want the salad bar, you cant. you have to get it either way, and they have a big portion so its a waste of money for salad bar, but you have to get it.

Been awhile since Ive been to a Sizzler. Was just really really bad. Steak was not just cheap but seemed to be old. And the place is not cheap by any means. Never again.

Waiter ignored us and wont come and get dirty plates, the salad bar is only so-so, and the kids didnt even care for the chocolate cake. Go somewhere else to eat.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.......Food is good. I actually think the value is good. But I dont know that the its worth dealing with the servers. :(
