I love Silver River. Its the best Chinese food in Oakley. I been going there ever since we moved here twelve years ago. Michael the owner is a a down to earth guy you`ll walk in like you`ve been going there forever. My personal favorite is the Pork wonton soup. I always have to have it..when I`m under the weather I call up an order for my comfort soup. There really is nothing we havent` ordered that we don`t like. Just try it for your self. The prices and portions are an over all..average in regards to other places. DD Chud.

Best place in the Bay Area (imho) for Chinese food!! Dont let the look from the outside fool you, this place is legit. You cant go there and not get the crab rangoons and their garlic fried chicken!! Everything I have tried there is wonderful. The owner Mike is a crack up, and his staff is attentive and friendly. This is our go to spot.

Just like the other reviewer stated this place is wonderful and the food is great, the owner Michael will remember you like he knows you personally. Michael greets both my husband and I on a first name basis and pretty much knows what we are going to order when we call. If I could give more stars I would.
