I live nearby.... store is often filthy - employees are "unkept" in appearance, managers argue as to why they DONT honor advertised 2 for 1 deals etc? Franchise owner should sell out - they really dont care what you think? I am a customer service rep and AMBASSADOR for Costco - I understand what customer service means. I am also a college graduate so, no, I am not misunderstanding the message? Drive one more exit to Jack in the Box or cross the freeway to any one of several good quick service food purveyors.

Good service, Great value. I think its the best "value menu" for the money. Food is consistent at every location. *ProTip* order "off the broiler" if you have time, the food is made fresh upon order, otherwise you may get a pre made meal! Convenient location with a medium size parking lot. I recommend. *Also, they have the cool new Coke machine that you can mix virtually any flavor combination!! Ok..go!!

Aweful service at 8:00 pm. Walked in just for fries. No greeting what so ever, guy was smug and short. Fries were cold. I mean... fries come on... Got ketchup from the guy and it was a sticky mess of packets stuck together...to think these are the folks that want a pay raise...how difficult do you have to make it...wont be returning Ill take my business elsewhere.

Kinda expensive for the fast food it is. Peraonally not my favorite in regards to quality. The restaurant itself is dingy, and bathrooms are not well kept (broken soap dispenser, dirty, etc). No crowns for kids. If you are in need of a Whopper, theyve got you covered. Its on par with other BKs in terms of the food. The staff is also friendly, which is nice.

I liked the all-in-one soda dispenser (concept), but it sucks that so many had run out. I liked the value 16oz cup for $1 over the small drink for $1.89 I was surprised with all the mustard on the Texas dbl whopper. AC worked great on a hot day.

Fries were terrible. Chicken fries were soft and had been obviously sitting under a lamp for quite some time. The drink they gave me was incorrect, but I took it anyway. Lady in the drive through was very bland and seemed to not care.
