Ordered pizza at 5:51 online with an approximated delivery time of 6:36. 6:36 came and went, but we waited patiently because we know sometimes businesses get busy. When 7:20 rolled around with no pizza or signs of dinner anywhere, I called the store. The phone rang and rang (at least 8 rings) until it finally went to an automated system that put me through to the store. The employee that answered the phone didnt know who I was, and when I gave them my phone number, they told me my order was cancelled by the manager! I got on the phone with manager to find not only did they enter my credit card incorrectly, (I double checked when I put it in online) they also dialed the wrong phone number to tell me my order was cancelled! (I also double checked online AND in the confirmation email!) The manager was courteous and listened to me, and eventually offered me a credit for the inconvenience, but after waiting over an hour and a half just to find out what was going on, there was no way a free pizza was going to fix anything. PLEASE Pizza Hut, make sure your employees have been to first grade before letting them operate obviously difficult equipment like telephones or credit card machines. As for me, I WILL NEVER order from this Pizza Hut, or any other Pizza Hut again.

If I could go negative or zero, I would. DO NOT EAT HERE. Spend your money at any other location where the food is edible because mine was not. I spent $20 and some change, before tip, on a stuffed crust pizza with light sauce. Got it delivered and it was soggy. Figured it may be hot and choked down a slice tasting of nothing but marinara. I couldnt even taste the cheese. Figured I could save the rest and it may firm up like every other pizza ever bought. Nope. Open it and it is so wet, not even soggy, that it practically disintegrated upon trying to pick up a slice. This was the first time ordering since they closed and opened the new location. It will also be my last and I will be spreading the experience to all willing to listen.

The worst Pizza Hut in the whole county. Ive ordered there about 5 times. I truly tried giving them a chance. 3 times it was online and twice through the phone. They made my order incorrectly 3 times, deliver it late once, and smashed my pizza to the box. I spoke to the workers there about my Experience and tried to talk me into ordering again but I refuse. Ive worked in food my whole life so Im honest about service.

We had terrible pizza did not make it the way we asked and the bill was outrageous. We wont go there again, when I called and complained she said to come back within 30 days. Well we chose to go to the bremerton location and they were more than happy to make it right. The manager there said that we were supposed to go back to the one in PO but she made an exception.

Christina I am sorry for your experience. I personally love this Pizza hut. They never mes up my order and i always come to pick it up. They dont deliver to my area for some reason. But that will change once the Gig Harbor location opens. It will be on Burnham drive.

Finally gave up on this place the last time they forgot items from our delivery order again. Driver wanted to issue credit instead of bringing back missing food. Less than 5 miles distance and he started to cry. Very weird.

The hand tossed pizza now comes SMOTHERED in a garlic sauce. ....GAGGABLE, GROSS , much too much, wont be ordering again without specifically stating NO GARLIC, IT SHOULD HAVE TO BE REQUESTED, NOT JUST THROWN ON

Every time I order from them my expierience as well as my food is nothing short of amazing. Their Wings are my favorite. Customer service is always wonderful as well. My preferred pizza place in Port Orchard !

There is nothing wrong with the food in general, it is the service that is less to be desired. Staff member whom served us twice seems to be in a foul mood and makes the atmosphere uncomfortable.

When you call to find out if they deliver to your address they have NO IDEA! After being spoken to like Im the idiot they pass off the phone between manager to driver to get straight answer

Went there at 12:18 am. The sign said close to 1:00 am. The old lady said they close at 12 and she yelled at us. This pizzahut sucks and has terrible service. Not recommended.

There are few times Id give pizza a one star but everything about it was just... off. Go to the gig harbor or Silverdale pizza hut, they both do a way better job
