Horrible customer service. Bought $60 worth of wings that we only ate about half of, was standing in the front to ask for boxes patiently for about 5 minutes as I got ignored even though people in the back were making eye contact with me a few times, I figured theyd soon walk my way so I can ask for the boxes but nope, I went to the restroom literally 2 minutes, come out and the table is completely wiped out clean. There was half the order still on the table that went straight to the trash. I tell the manager Donell and all he says is it was left unattended I cleaned it, I said okay I was waiting to ask for boxes so I can box it up to go and he says "yes, I seen you but it didnt look like you needed help so I didnt bother to walk over" at this point Im in shock. He then says "Theres nothing I can do for you" So basically oh well you waited for boxes and got ignored and yes we threw away half your order and theres nothing we can do for you bye. So rude, never spending money here again

Had to lower my rating. Whether the phone works or not they just cannot get this location right. Im going to buy a franchise of this and open it next door just to show how an operating restaurant should run. Ran a Wings n Things in Florida, myself and theres just no excuse its fried wings!!! Not even an entire chicken. I called the Wingstop next to King high school, they said theyd have my order in 18 minutes, took me 16 to get there from this place! Thats my new suggestion. I do not live in Moreno Valley, and use to drive thirty minutes to this location. Why? Im a wings fanatic, have eaten more wings then any other food in 45 years including working for a Florida wings and things. Hands down best wings. They take longer then others to make them, please bring a suitcase of patience, but they do their wings to perfection. If you dont agree, Im buying! I placed an order online, was running late so i actually got there 40 minutes after i placed the order. When i get to the counter to pay for the food, apparently it hadnt been made yet. I end up waiting for my order and thank god i checked what they looked like before i left and they were absolutely disgusting. I never saw anything like that before, i cant even describe what they looked like. I showed the girl at the counter, she went to the back to speak to the manager and i had them remake them. I cant believe they were so rude, so disgusting and unapologetic for how horrible their quality and service was. Im never going back here again. Serve good clean food and learn customer service if you are going to run a restaurant. Dont waste your time here, chances are you might get sick

I rarely grade this low, and if I do it means it was horrible. I have gone here a few times (just because they are the only hot wings restaurant in the area and I hate hooters or bww),and without an exception, the service is terrible every time! Want to order over the phone? Forget about it! They will put you on hold for hours and hang up. One time i called 5 times, eventually went in to order and saw the associate hang up on every call that came in. And when they say the wait time is 15 minutes... Multiple that by 3! Oh and you should constantly ask if your order is ready because it will be and they wont call you. To top it all off the customer service is majorly lacking!

This was my 1st time here in Moreno Valley buying wings & fries and well it will be my last.. the wings were bone in Cajun flavor and they were a lil burned and salty. Omg the fries.. they were extra extra crispy, broken in little pieces and extra extra salty.. aside that they took forever to give is our order and everybody was getting there order before us, we got up & asked about it and they said "were just waiting on the fries". Now I know why.. they over cooked them. Which I didnt ask for that. Plus the salt was over board. Shame on you people for even giving your customers something like that. I will definitely not go back again.

I purchased the 15 piece. It came with 2 flavors and 2 dips. My whole order was cold I also got 6 piece rolls and the rolls were completely hard. I will not be returning to this establishment in the near future. While trying to return my order Shavondai Green( assistant manager)and Nohely Williams were very rude.While I was trying to explain what happen Shavondai raised his voice at me and my family, that was completely unacceptable and they refused to return my order. So I was out of $21.59. They really need to work on the customer service because the employees were completely rude. My whole entire family got sick from WingStop.

I placed an order online, that wasnt honor at this specific location. It was my first time here and if I could I would rate this place as the worst customer service. I got there and they told me that my order wasnt ready because they dont offer that family pack at their location. I asked why they didnt call me? "We were too busy." They made me wait 45 minutes for nothing. Will never try to order anything from this place. Ill always go to buffalo wild wings. Also, stupid system they have online as well, pizza hut online will let you know the deals they offer at the each franchise. Unprofessional manager and careless cashier.

Horrible customer service. I dont know why staff changes havent been made, seriously its that bad. Do the workers not know they are getting paid to work with customers but it seems as if they dont enjoy anyones presence when we are there just to order food. You know, asking them to do their job. On average it takes about 45 mins for them to complete an order. The wingstop in Perris, CA only takes about 10 to 15 mins. I advise anyone to avoid this wingstop as it is basically Moreno Valley in a nutshell. I know the staff reads this. So to you guys, it is the truth, if you dont appreciate your job, quit.

Worst customer service Ive ever had.. they just hired a girl named Kayla and honestly I dont think she even has the IQ or skill sets for this little pathetic fast food job she has. Shes rude, disrespectful and straight-up dumb.. The manager Amanda isnt much better ive tried to have this manager address and fix my complaints about her employee (Kayla) and shes flat-out told me theres nothing she can do... If thats the case I dont think Amanda has the skill set or belongs in her position either.. I dont understand why Amanda is a manager or why either of these woman are even employed.

Horrible service, lots of attitude. New years day one of the girls was saying how she "wont answer the phone because all these stupid ass customers are just calling to see if we are open." Superbowl sunday I called and they said I had 6 customers ahead of me. I was on my way anyway, got there, waited in line for them to tell me its a 3 hour wait for wings so basically I can come back at half time. Tried to call in an order on friday and "we are out of hot, mild, and Cajun sauce so we basically have nothing." Sucks this is the only wingstop near me
