I work here. I only have some advice to offer for customers to make their dinning experience even better. -call ahead or use our app if you can (it lessens the amount of time youll be waiting) -if you order and are told less than 18-20 minutes, please understand that it takes us at least 18 minutes to cook your food. Its chicken, not burger patties and need to be cooked all the way through. -we do get busy. If you know the time of day/night youre ordering your food, that might impact the amount of time you will be spending with us. Lunch and dinner times are usually the busiest. -we actually pride ourselves on customer service; however, if you wait or your food is wrong, yelling and throwing a fit doesnt help us, or yourself. We are more than willing to accommodate your needs. Please just communicate with us. -we have one of the largest stores in our chain. It gets busy, loud, and tables get left with food on them because we dont have trash cans for the customers to use. Its PART OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Give us some credit. We deal with a lot on any given day. We try our best to ensure that our customers have a great time while dinning with us.

If i could i would give them no starts but for this to be seen i gave it five stars. I alway order from this place because its the closest to my house, they tell u your order will be ready in 18 mins & it takes 30-40 mins not to mention i order online. This happens everytime i order here. Now no one is ever at the counter go help the customers only there person at the cash register but theyre always busy with phone calls and orders. Today i ordered online again, i hate going in to pick up so my bf went. The orders is supposed to be ready at 4:42pm it was 4:55pm and i calles him to see if he was already on his way home. He said hes been standing at the counter waiting for an employee to help him the only employee there was on the phone. Other four employers were all the way in the back just talkimg to each other. He had a chance to say excuse me to one of them when they got near him. If your working there work and help your customers when they need it. I cant wait for the one in rialto to open them i will never come back to this low customer service one!!! & theyre rude too, you dont like your job find a new one.

This is by far the worst wingstop Ive ever been to and probably the worst restaurant in Fontana. Its always disgusting when you enter the building. The food is never ready on time when you order online or on the phone. When you order there it takes 35 minutes to receive your order. The staff is generally rude and disconnected from their customers. I was placing an order on the phone just today when the phone cut out on their end. I called right back and was asked to hold so they can help the customer in front of them, even tho I was halfway thru my order. Ive tried many times to come back to this restaurant because I like the food, but I doubt Ill be going back to this wingstop ever again. Consumer beware.

Dont get me wrong the wings in the service is fast and theyre very good but theyre horrible at helping you with customer service there was an issue with price and the employee said that they had no control over the on line orders they could not modify it I called customer service and they were not helpful at all it sounded like somebody answered at their home and didnt even know what was going on they said there were gonna call me back and help me out they never called I came today and had another issue and again nobody was able to help me the employee said that they had no idea who I should call who would be able to help me . How unprofessional

Creo que no tienen mucha organización la gente que trabaja aqui .. llevo mas de 30 minutos esperando .. y si hay 4 personas trabajando ninguna en de cajera tambien puede ponerse a hacer .. creo que pueden mejorar bastante pero algunas de las personas que trabajan aqui son flojas

Ordered my food online walked into wingstop and encountered manager Jesus who informed I had to get to the end of the line. So I expressed my frustration and stated another register needed to be open so call in orders wont get cold. Once I got to the register Jesus decided to tell me again. Other people have been waiting and I told Jesus while you are lecturing me my food is getting cold. Jesus then decided he didnt want to serve me and decided not to give me the owners contact information. He told me to look it up and walked away.

Im done with this spot, I only live less than five minutes away and I still get cold dinner rolls, its really not that hard to pick up hot food, for some reason they still dont get it, I guess I will be going back to Rialto. Fontana wing stop have a long way to go. I thought by now they would have they act together. The bad part the owner is cool as hell. I guess thats where it stops act, to all my bud smoker, dont do it.

Overall, food was good, service was horrible with an attitude. 2nd review - again, food is consistent. Service was 2 out of 10. On a side note. When someone orders fries well done, they obviously want them crispy... If I come back and tell you "can I get the fries well done please, last time I ordered well done and they were not, I like them crispy" and still get raw potatoes... Something is wrong.

This is the worst wing stop Ive been to they have the worst costumer service I placed an order online got there 25 min later waited in the line for 10 min for them to tell me they didnt see the order. Then said they would make it if I wanted to wait longer??!! As this happened 3 costumers came up and were upset theyre order was wrong. Go to a different wing stop save you the bullshit!!

Terrible experience. Called ahead so I wouldnt have to wait . Ended up waiting an hour. Manager said I get a 33 percent discount on my next order . Lets see if they keep their word . Eastvale is the best location I have been to. 03/25/16 Had to add to my review once again waited over an hour. Terrible. I order ahead of time to avoid this smh. Got a 33 percent discount at least .

Bait N Switched on National Wing Day 7/29/2017 Promo Deal for 5 free wings with order. Website online says deal is from 11am-5pm Called the store to have the staff tell us 11am-5pm Place our orders online, arrive, pay, no free wings. Rolled eyes and shook heads when we demanded refunds. Go get Buffalo Wild Wings instead. At least there they wont try to lie to your face.

I always use the wing stop app to order so i can just grab and go. Usually everything is great, but the last few times Ive been the quality of the food sucks, for how much you pay. And some of the employees just seem stoned, dont get me wrong I like to partake in some herbal therapy as well, but save it for later guys not at work! I want what I pay for guys
