Just moved in the area and have been trying local eats. Fair to say, compared to most Mexican restaurants Ive been to this one ranks low. Customer service was good, price is average but quality of food was subpar. My barometer for measuring good Mexican food is do they make homemade hot sauces. This place brought salsa with a touch of spice. Ive tasted better from a bottle. My enchilada was decent, but tasted a bit heavy with cooking oil, or lard. Overall, the cost was not worth it. Although karaoke wad fun to watch.

My friend and i came for the lunch special, ordered chimichanga, when the plate came to my table, it was a burrito, not a chimichanga, the cook didnt fry it, like he was supposed to, and when i addressed this with the server, an older lady, she stated it was fried, even thou it wasnt and argued and she started to get an attitude. I thought the customer was supposed to get what they ordered, she didnt even apologize, or take the plate back to fix it!! Poor customer service!! Dont think i want to go back!!

Been coming for years, same great food. Always consistent. Only reason why I dont give them a 5 star is that the noise level is above standard in my humble opinion. It is always very loud and I have a problem hearing anyone. (For the record, I have excellent hearing but just not in Don Joses!) But, the Margaritas are AMAZING so it all works out I suppose.

My family has been going to his Mexican Restaurant for many year, and out of the many mexican food places I have eaten in the Inland Empire, this one is near the top. Their food is always fresh, always get a great attitude from the employees, and the food is the best taste.

Traditional Mexican at its best. We instantly received fresh salsa and hot chips ordered steak tacos, taquitos for kids, chk fajita and beef burrito enchilada style with Ranchero sauce on top. All food was perfect well presented and the beans were homemade not canned.

Today we waited until we heard other parties complain, now the wait as about 45 minutes the servers were rushing people that had just recieved their orders, and people were complaining that the foods didnt smell fresh or normal and this was just the lunchtime crowd.

Food was good service well..., that is an entirely different matter. Got my drink, then my food, then the check. Absolutely never asked about a refill and wouldnt even come back to offer more. Not one of the better restaurants of this chain which Ive visited.

Stop in from time to time. The food is good, but honestly there are much better mom and pops options around (Chilitos/Los Cabos Tacos). We stop in here & Anchos when we feel like sitting down for happy hour (a good midweek break). The steak parilla is good!

Taco Bell is more Mexican than this. This is not true Mexican Food. Their "crispy" flautas were soggier than a wet newspaper. Nothing tasted fresh. Refried beans and salsa on food seemed to be out of a can. The only thing good was our friendly waiter.

First time here and thinking of making it a routine. Service was great everyone is really friendly. Start you off with chips and salsa which tasted fresh. Then combination plate. It brought me back to being a kid and having a homecooked meal!

They reuse the salsa! Look into your salsa bowl for chips.. its so gross!! Youll find soggy chips from someone else. I about threw up!!! We walked out and have never been back!!

Foods not even that good. Their customer service was just awful. They automatically took out $8 of tip from us. It was the worst restaurant experience ever! Wouldnt recommend it.

It WAS the Best Joses and Best Tex Mex around, I will miss it. Its a straw hat pizza now, check street view. Wish the Joses closer to my home wouldve adopted this ones quality.

I ordered a plate with enchiladas and a tamale. The sauce they use is so gross and they they put it on everything. Why would u pour the enchilada sauce on top of a tamales.
