The Old Spaghetti Factory is probably the only chain that youll see me giving 5 stars. Theres a reason for that. They simply dont feel like chains! Each location is very different and they usually take over an old building. This one was a dinner theater AGES ago, and then a mechanic and its been an OSF since the mid 70s! The food is always great. And it comes with FREE salad and ice cream. The drinks are good. Get the Mizithra cheese!!! Its amazing. Really. Its dumb that this location has a valet. It doesnt need it. Its free, so thats something... but you feel obligated to tip the valet even if theyre bringing you car 30 feet... Wonderful, friendly staff! Come here if you want a nice sit down restaurant with great ambiance that is casual. Fantastic!

Restaurant de taille importante, très bien décoré avec du personnel jeune. Fonctionne à la mode "chaîne de restaurant" donc, grosse machine mais les plats sont assez bons. Néanmoins, on sent le côté décor de studio et un côté assez impersonnel mais le tout est assez bien fait. Le hic en entrant : ça sent assez fort le parmesan..... Ça peut surprendre et déranger.

Its fun to be here so thats why we went even tho there are better options. This is just for fun. Theres lots of seating so the wait goes by fast which is always good. We were quoted a wait time of 20 minutes and seated like 10 minutes later in nice plush seats with plenty of people watching opportunities. Its also cheap to eat here if youre on a budget (which I am, but he isnt). For $20, you can get an appetizer, a meal, and the dessert. Not too bad. I got a salad, their ravioli, and ended it all with their famous spumoni. All good but not great. The spumoni is always my favorite because Im a fiend. All in all, a fun experience with an attentive waitress.

Last night, our family celebrated my nieces 11th birthday at this restaurant. We had a party of 15 people. Our waiter, Ryan, did a great job... even handling a spill by one of the kids in stride. The food was good and served in a timely manner. We had our own section of the restaurant which made it nice. Everyone seemed to be pleased with their meals. This isnt a super-fancy place, but thats why we had a kids b-day party there. Its comfortable, friendly and we enjoyed good service and good food. The bartender, Drew, who handles the bar upstairs was affable and efficient in serving our drinks. A nice place for real people to have a pleasant dinner.

Weve been here hundreds of times since it opened, and in all those years its barely changed. Have secretly loved the luxury of valet parking at a reasonably priced restaurant, like this one. Its helpful when the beach is busy. The rich, eclectic decor is a visual feast as you wait for your table. We came with a party of 10 of various ages and were happy with the considerate service. I switch back and forth between the clams or the spaghetti sampler (the browned butter and Mizithra cheese, oh!).

Food was good and the place was clean and the parking was free. So all that was okay. The service was exemplary by the way. I reserved online and accidentally did it for the wrong day but the hostess immediately took care of us and squeeze Us in on a very busy evening. Cora the server was outstanding! What a delightful human being and great server. I would go back to the Spaghetti Factory just to have Cora serve us again

Excellent food excellent service my only complaint is the salad is horrible for an Italian restaurant to put out a salad like that not good there should be more to it cucumbers tomatoes even if you had to add $0.50 to all your prices it would be worth it because if you ordered just a salad all youre getting is a bowl lettuce and half of its white cuz its the core but other than that everything else is simply marvelous

Havent been here in probably 15 maybe 20 years. Was really looking forward to a great meal. Ordered my long time favorite, Mazithra Cheese. Sadly, I couldnt have been more disappointed. Flavorless. My wife and daughter had similar things to say about their plates. Probably wont return. On the plus side, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Couldnt have asked for better service. Extremely disappointed.

Had the Italian Meatloaf tonight. Terrible! As was the nasty past side dish. So, I decided to eat the spaghetti w/meat sauce that my 3 year old rightly turned his nose up at... and found out it too was terrible. Even the salad at the beginning of the meal was smaller then it shouldve been, but then I know why - it was the only item worth eating. Not good food. Olive Garden is 1000 times better!

My fondness memories of the spaghetti factor have been tarnished by this place! What happened to freshness? What happened to customer service? I am sad to say, the owners of this chain need to visit and remind the management that there are plenty of other places to eat! So fix your ingredients or something, I thought I was eating yesterdays left overs! Very Sad!

I love coming here. This location has been around forever. It has always been clean, great food, and very friendly staff. Great location for dinner and a walk with small local bars nearby and the pier. Parking can be challenging with the line into the parking lot and Valet only. If you can park nearby and walk when they are busy you might be better off.

Decent food for the price. Nothing authentic about it though. Service was quick and excellent. The inside is very unique and not what youd expect from the outside. Pictures I included are a bit dark because it is a bit dark inside. There is a trolley car you can sit in to eat. Im sure young children would find it very amusing.

Our server Jake was awesome, but the cooking staff messed up big time. Orders were incorrect, time after time. They just couldnt get anything right. Even stuff as simple as "dressing on the side". Salads took a long time to come. Also took over TWO HOURS to get our food. Completely unacceptable! Food was just OK. Not great.

Food was alright. The service we got from waitress deserved the no tip we gave her. I think it may have been a one-off situation. One good thing I took away from this place was the free valet parking. Though, I think they do that because of the tight parking situation so that they can park the cars tightly together.

Very good spaghetti, of various sauces! There is even an option to combine two sauces! I really enjoyed the Cheese and Browned Butter Sauce. Every meal comes with a standard starter (soup or salad), the ordered main, (really great) bread for the table, and vanilla or (pistachio/cherry/chocolate) tripolitana ice cream.

Great place to bring children. Other than that I would not recommend. The food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price. However the service was great and it was a well decorated establishment. I wouldnt go here unless you are with small children and absolutely do not go here for good Italian food.
