Get your workers retrained or fire them and get more dilligent ones...Numerous times my order has gotten messed up in the course of TWO WEEKS ALONE in this month Three out of the four times my order has been messed or completely different. 1: Ordered a SUPREME Fiery Doritos Locos Taco with NO cream cheese (Same thing I always order)....it had cream cheese and was the regular shell, not fiery. 2: Same Taco order, but NO TOMATOES and if any meat, clearly the scraps because there was just one small scoop on about 1/4 of the taco. Did I mention cream cheese? 3: Loaded Crunchy Griller , same taco order: Got a Queserito and the taco was a REGULAR not FIERY , had NO cream cheese, a surprise....but unfortunately there was NO meat. Protip: DONT RUSH. What matters is the order gets dont right.

This is by far, the worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. We have been there twice and they seem to not understand how to make our order. Missing items; both times they have failed to make our order correctly, even though it is on the receipt! The first time we had a rude female cashier. The second time we went, the male cashier told us we could not make two separate orders. We have never had a problem ordering at other locations/restaurants before. Why now? They were out of lids for the Limeade drinks, and boxes for the 5 dollar boxes. They failed to include the Cinnamon Crisps for the 5 dollar box, and the Dorritos for the $2 Meal Deal. Bad experience all around. Long story short. I LOVE the food here, but HATE this location.

Very poor service. I went in at 4 p.m. on 3/13/2017 after a day at six flags. Yes they were busy but to have a store completely trashed is unacceptable and is very well unsanitized to say the less. I asked the cashier when was the last time the dinning room was serviced and she quickly told me she didnt know. I asked that a dinning room be done given the way the trash bins looked and the stickiness of the floor. She said she had no one to do it as they were under staffed. I asked for the G.M. she told me that that person wasnt there at the time. I then asked for a shift lead (team leader) she said she didnt know who it was. Once I got my food, the food was watery and I asked to have it replace to no avail. Please see all pictures.

First a saw some disgusting throw up on the floor, ewww completely made me lose my appetite and it wasnt even cleaned till 30 min later. The trash can was literary overflowing. The soda bar was disgustingly sticky and overflowing with ice. They ran out of lids for my soda they only had large and Extra large. They had no Sauce. Not even any damn napkins they just kept two big rolls of Toilet paper at the front desk. They guys taking my order just messed up so bad while giving me my change. It took them 15 minutes to give me my order. The tables were filled with cheese, every single one. And Im not lying this was the worst experience at Taco Bell Ive ever had. This store makes me want to eat at dell taco.

I used to work at fast food restaurants so I know how hectic and crazy it can be when you have a bunch of people to serve in the front of house as well as drive through. It can be hard to keep up and some people can be too impatient and demanding... This location is good, but sometimes it seems the employees dont know what they are doing, maybe they need to be trained better. Either way the food is always good and the last time I went they did mess up my order but it was replaced quickly and without trouble. Last few months I have seen good improvements and a few new faces. Keep it up, I love eating here!

The employees here seem to be really attentive and take care of the customers. At times I have had better food from other Taco Bells , but in general I would say its decent. My biggest complaint on this specific location is access. It is a bit of a pain to get in and out especially if ARCO next door is busy. Overall these guys arent horrible and probably deserve a bit better mark during times that are not as crowded.

About 2 months ago I got food poisoning from this taco bell...well me and my wife were eating at that taco bell earlier now shes the 1 experiencing good poisoning symptoms....last freaking time ever I go to that place I can just imagine their freaking cooks go to the freaking bathroom and they dont wash their hands carefully or their food utensils are not getting clean well at all....thanks for nothing

Taco shells where stale and all the tables where some kind of dirty soda bar was unclean bathroom was too food didnt taste normal heard the cashier Joey ever customer that came in he was saying sorry to about something differnt one customer came back to tell the manager to make sure to do something about a dropped item wont be coming back here for anything ever

Absolutely the worst taco bell Ive eaten at. One star rating is too high. There must be a shortage of refried beans as my sons burrito looked more like a qusadilla. Theyre extremely slow to serve and the place was disgustingly dirty. There was a rancid smell by the soda machine that reminded me of some back alley in Vegas. Ill NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

I wont even give it one star but it is making me give a star.... No baby changing table, bathrooms were disgusting, with toilet seat covers, no unsweetened tea in the dining room even though they had the dispenser for it and none behind the counter, no small lids or water cups, and the gatorade was watered down. We will never stop here again.

Womens bathroom was the most disgusting Ive ever seen a bathroom. I dont think they ever clean it and they dont have toilet covers. Lobby not very clean and they dont keep good stock of stuff. Baja blast only had one flavor available and I guess thats a common problem here. On the good side, our big order came out fast and it was accurate.

I ordered a large Baja blast and a bean burrito, first he forgot to give me my drink then the guy infringement of me asked about fixing the Baja blast because it was out. The cashier seemed like he already knew, went to the back, came back said nothing to anyone. I had to ask another person for the cashier to tell us they were out.

This place is horrible I got at the drive on a Friday night at 130. The guy at the drive thru said only 5 items per car... What the hell... I have a family of five in this car. We are coning out of six flags and we are hungry. Really I would of waited but the guy said no. I ask for his name and didnt give it to me or nor my receipt
