This has to be the worst Panera location ever ; the employees, especially the cashiers in front are clueless and have no customers skills. I love the Country Bread from Panera, but every time i went to this location(about 10 times now) , no matter if it was 7 AM or 10 or later in the day, they never have one on the shelf. This morning at 9,I went in and I saw one on the cart ; I asked the cashier if they have it, she said no... When I asked about the one on the cart, she said thats for sandwiches and they cant sell it to me. They told me that if I want to buy bread, its best to call ahead and order over the phone

Overpriced, bad service, unqualified people at the cashiers who either dont know, or maybe they are just annoyed and unwilling to explain the menu to a customer. The menu itself is poor and cumbersome, difficult to make a choice. My first experience there was bad, but I decided to try it again in the hope it would be better...but it was worse! For $6.99, I got a sandwich with one slice of plain yellow processed cheese between two pieces of white bread, barely toasted, and the cheese not even melted...shame on them to call this "grilled a cheese"...if I werent so hungry I would have returned it to the manager!

One of my favorite lunch spots. However, ordered my usual barbecue chicken salad today, and no black beans! None. I inquired about the lack of legumes and was told that they just changed some of the ingredients in some of the salads. No, "changed" would imply substitute. Eliminated wouldve been more appropriate! Note the website and the store menu still list black beans. Too bad...

Worst Panera. The food is great. Overpriced for what it is, but the food is good. I work in the same shopping center and get coffee from here everyday because they give free refills. The only issue is the service. 90% of the time its just one person at the register no matter how long the line gets. All the employees are lazy and some of the employee have a bad attitude as well.

I received my soup spilling all over the tray and cold and it was a French onion soup without cheese. When I asked for the cheese they gave me the same tray back even more mess and added shredded cold cheese on top of soap that would not melt to the soap. I only had a cup of soup here but a very bad experience.

This Panera offers the tasty dishes typically found at its restaurants, and the location is clean and open - lots of windows and outside seating. The menu regularly offers a couple of new items. The service is quick and the staff attentive.
