95 degrees out and I came thru the drive thru to get some water for my dog and I, I asked for the largest water they could give me. I was on my way to the car shop because my AC stopped working. I ordered a burrito just so I wasnt asking for only a glass of water. When I got up to the window they gave a relatively small water (maybe a medium) so I asked for another for my dog. OBVIOUSLY THIRSTY PANTING IN THE BACK AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $2.00 for tap water!!!!! I dont even think thats legal. Maybe .50 cents for the cup if you want to be rude. Anyway I left, gave my dog my water and when to McDonalds where they CHARGE 1.00 any drink but were nice enough to just give me a water for free (a large!) RIDICULOUS!!

Usually we come here and the food and service is great. But this time the service was terrible. I came in Sunday 4/2/17 @ 1:45p and the receptionist (Luis (short guy) that took my order was very rude. First he didnt greet me , 2nd he kept talking over me as I was ordering my food and 3rd when I ordered a kids meal, he didnt even give me a cup. When I asked him for a cup he pointed to the cups on next to his register. Also, I asked him how much a drum stick cost, he said very rudely $1.69. Hopefully, Luis improves his attitude towards customers when taking their order as he is the first person a customer sees.

Nasty and dirty place . we received our chicken with feathers still attached. The chicken was not cleaned . With all the Chipotle E Coli out breaks this is a major red flag. This chicken had to have been handled by numerous employees and no one care of its freshness. And to top it off the manager offered a 25% coupon for my troubles. I can get more from the mailer coupons than the resolution the manager offered.

I ordered catering for an important work meeting. The food arrived 25 minutes late and serving utensils were not included. It was very disappointing and left me scrambling to get the people served on time. ****Update... Ordered catering again today 4/4/17 and the order arrived on time with plenty of utensils. Thank you.

Unhelpful, verging on rude employees. They misunderstood our order and then did not want to help get it fixed. We were willing to work out the problem, but they were in a hurry. We will not go to this location again.

Customer service was the best I have ever had at an El Pollo Loco. Clean location, definitely up to standard for an El Pollo Loco. As I drive along the 101 a lot this location is getting added to my favorites.

The most quantity of food for the price. It fed three for more then one meal. For 20 dollars we brought out 2 trays of food and since we where visitors on the road eating well did us good at that time.

Met my wife for lunch. She sent her tostada salad back as it had nothing in it. The GM was a totally rude and accused her of eating it. Bad attitude, bad food, dirty place wont be back. Thanks Charlie

They serve burned charred chicken - Burned meat causes Cancer - Every time I order chicken from this location it is burned. Research it for yourself burned meat causes cancer.

Honestly the chicken was not well done they took like 25 minutes to serve and it wasnt even people just 2 person ahead of us the avocado sauce was so watery

The bathroom was disgusting dirty. The chicken pieces (what there was of them) had gristle on half of them. Very disappointing.
