I wish I could put zero stars. The chicken was dry as could be, I ordered a 16 piece family meal and I asked for breasts, legs and thighs and I got 6 wings that were so dry they were crispy. The rest of the pieces were dry also .The tortillas were cold and hard this place sucks and I will never go back. And Ive been here before with no complaints but this was beyond unacceptable.

This place is great to come and it with your family. The customer service at times is good but at times is really bad. Sandra and Jenny the managers are really nice. Wish I could say that about Jorge the general manager he is really bad except when the owners are their he starts to act nice. But overall is a great place if you are looking for a quick bite.

The prices are way too high a lot higher than all the other pollo locos and they give you a smaller amount of food too and the green salsa I used to love its not the same anymore and no matter what time you go there they will always get your order wrong

Im a huge fan of Margaritas...my limit is two! Yes they are that good....and well deserving after a long day at work. We usually get the queso and tableside guacamole.
