Just reopened after a long remodel. The food is as good as other El Pollo Locos, but the physical location is the worst. With any sort of traffic (of which there is a lot) you can only enter by going north on Kanaan. After the drive through, you will very rarely be able to turn left towards Kanaan. If you go, plan for a lot of extra time. This goes for any store around here.

Its exactly like every other El Pollo Loco. Mostly chicken based fast food mexican style. Chicken always seems kind of dry. Reliable and fast, reasonably cheap. Nothing to write home about. Easy parking, clean restroom. Unless you are in a hurry you can find better without a lot of effort.

Completely incompetent. Ordered a meal requesting no avocado i get all the way home there is avocado. Never will go back. Wasting my time is just as bad as wasting my money and that i cant have.

Usally a clean place but today its dirty and disgusting. Tables arent clean nor the salsa bar. The staff took 5 min before asking to help us. Poor experience!

The drive through is always slow. Sometimes a twenty minute line... Doesnt seem to matter what time you go they will always be slow.
