I am a big fan of Chipotle. If youve been to a Chipotle, this is no more different than any other, but with one exception. The reason why I gave this place three stars is because this location is very cheap and skimpy with their portions. Unlike other Chipotles, which are usually lot more relaxed about their portion sizes, this venue seems to hand count how much they give you. Ive seen their employees consistently take half-assed scoops of their items, proceed to dump a few pieces back, and then give you the rest. A lot of my peers expressed the same sentiment from this location as well. Whats up with that Chipotle!?

Quick service, standard chipotle taste, inconsistent pricing, lacking customer service. I get the same thing every time and always get different prices. I guess Im done with this place. Update: the manager at this location is incompetent, condescending, unprofessional, and plain useless. There was an issue with an online pre-paid order that somehow did not go through, though it was paid for online. This "manager" refused to honor the order, even after being shown the confirmation email. He said the order would have to be repurchased. That manager needs to be fired.

Very unprofessional, no customer service skills. A female & male behind the counter were very friendly & chatty with their coworker ordering ahead of me, taking their time. The male looks at me while still chatting to the person ahead of me didnt acknowledge if I was ready to place an order. The female after done flirting with the person/coworker ahead of me "look at this burrito" ... asks what I need for my burrito bowl as her demeanor changed like she ate something sour & shes just in a bad mood. The place is dirty too! Dirty cups & food left on tables.

I have been coming to this place for over two years and love it! In addition to quality food which is affordable for a college student (AKA myself), the crew members who work here are exceptionally polite people who remember your name and are always courteous and friendly. Not once have I encountered rude employees, only rude occasional customers who I unfortunately witness in line. My burritos are always delicious and the crew members such as Edwardo, Julian and Jamal always make coming here a positive experience!

The food tasted incredibly fresh and a medley full of flavor. The pulled chicken in its seasoned juices was delicious. Guacamole was sweet grass green, romaine lettuce crunchy, black beans tender, portion was enough for leftovers. The restaurant was extraordinarily clean. They put emphasis on sourcing their meats conscientiously, but all that trash! Throw away paper plates and plastic spoons, paper cups doesnt really help the environment?

If you can manage to order ahead please do the lines can get backed up quite a bit at any hour of the day. This location often runs out of a lot of ingredients (entire meat and rice selections). They also are not consistent with charges. An extra tortilla or taco shell should be free but Ive been charged for them as if they were a side of chips or a salsa. When I asked the response I get is "I think thats what we are supposed to do".

Great food, even better service. Fast, friendly and efficient. They got me exactly what i asked for in a timely manner and got me out and on with my day. People say its pricey but i say you get what you pay for. The girl with the tattoo on her neck gave me great customer service and i left satisfied with my experience. They gained a lifelong customer. Keep up the great work!

Let me start by saying I love chipotle. Ive loved it for two years, but recently moved to mountain view to discover this place just a few streets down. the service sucks - I asked for "everything but corn" on my burrito, so what did they do? put a huge scoop of corn. now Im home with food poisoning because the guac I had last night was way old. never eating here again.

Staff were friendly, bathroom was clean. Very much up to Chipotle standards. Pricing is a bit higher in this area, compared to the other Chipotles, but such is location advantages. Parking is a tiny bit tricky. Its shortest/safest if you park at the starbucks side parking, rather than cross the busy entrance/intersection and get honked at by all the traffic.

This Chipotle meets the bar that I expect from Chipotle. The staff are usually good and the food is tasty. If you havent tried the sofritas yet I recommend giving them a shot. Theres indoor and outdoor seating and when the weather is nice I often sit outside although the surrounding area is uninspiring.

Consistent with other Chipotle locations. Roomy enough, tables organized fairly efficiently. Would be five stars if they could ever cook their beef reliably. Only about 2 out of 10 visits does the beef look appetizing, and even then half the time looks are deceiving. Otherwise a great location.

Great place to get your fill of ambient-reggae-techno along with a sustainably raised burrito. This place is average for a Chipotle, although there is a bunch of extra outside seating. My favorite is a chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, hot salsa and corn salsa.

A lot of good for a cheap price. While nothing inspiring at this point, I always feel full after eating a chipotle burrito. It gets 4 stars on quality to price ratio. There are plenty of other places to go if you want more authentic burritos.

Although we like chipotle in general and theyre usually pretty busy, this particular location tends to get very busy and the employees here are a bit rude. I would avoid this location, especially during peak hours.

The food here is like any other Chipotle. The lines get long here during the lunch rush, but it moves surprisingly quickly. Seating can get tight inside, but there are plenty of tables outside.
