I used to come here often as a kid with my mom when it was Sam Woo. Wed always get #230 BBQ 3 Combination Over Rice ($7.99) and a plate of their Roasted Pig Intestine ($6.99). So flavorful! You get to choose the 3 types of meat so usually we get the Roasted Duck, BBQ Pork (Cha Siu), and the Roasted Chicken. The plate comes with a healthy portion of rice along with some blanched greens. In addition to various sauces. Love it!! The Roasted Pig Intestine isnt for everyone, but if you like the crunchy texture, youll love this. Request the Chinese Hot Mustard to go with this as thats the secret sauce right there. Use sparingly! Its like extreme Chinese horse radish. Waitresses there are nice too, and gave freebie pickled veggies :D And now that this place has been revamped with TONS of pictures on the walls, Ill definitely come back to check out their Breakfast and Lunch specials.

CASH ONLY! Came here the other day and I ate probably one of the BIGGEST cooked oysters of my life. Boy, was it delicious! It was cooked the traditional way using black bean sauce and was definitely a bargain for about $2.50 each. It was probably about 2-3 times the size of the cooked oysters I normally eat! Add the fact that they give you half a roast duck for free if you order over $30, its a tasty meal for not a lot dough! We also ordered two other dishes not on the menu based on the recommendations of the server and they werent bad either - halibut tail and sautéed on choi vegetables. By the end of the night, we were holding out stomachs out of the restaurant, along with several boxes of leftovers. Theres plenty of parking on the surrounding streets... just dont expect to find anything in the small parking lot they share with a number of other restaurants!

If you Dont know what to order, just look around while your seated at your table. Plenty of pictures of dishes from the menu laid out all across the wall. Fair prices on most dishes, bbq options were ok. Avoid walnut shrimp because the walnuts were mostly stale

We had the shredded meat on crispy egg noodles and crispy pork noodle soup. Crispy pork was pretty good. Noodles were delicious. They have an extensive menu with lots of dishes that we are tempted to try out. Will definitely come back for more.

Food was okay. The lunch specials are a much better deal. A dinner for 5 ended up being about $100 with tax and tip, plus they charge $1 per person for rice. Wasnt worth it as we didnt even order extravagant dishes.
