Went here with a group of friends. The location of this AYCE KBBQ was in a little shopping mall which wasnt bad. But once we sat down and wanted to order it was impossible to order and get a servers attention. And I noticed that this place was understaffed and super busy as well . It also took awhile for one of the servers to take down our order. While waiting I decided to check the salad and had nothing special really. I was looking for the steam rice here and it turns out you need to ask. How!? With such understaffed employees. When we went the other day here it was really unpleasant. It was to loud the meat took forever to give and they gave it to you in small portions. And yet they knew we were in a group of 6 people. I hardly ate because there wasnt much meat given and for $19.99?! A person. This KBBQ place has horrible service and isnt worth coming for. To be honest theres other place that will give you more meat and much cheaper plus a better service. Also there other menu of $31.99 a person isnt worth it. Id stay away from this place.

Its a good place to have your group parties here if youre dining with 6-20 people. They can accommodate large groups due to their several long tables. If you like appetizers with your meat, they have a buffet for the appetizers that has soups, salads and other carbs you can load your plate with. I think this is a good strategy to fill you up quickly while making you order less meat (a pro for the restau and a con for your belly). The meats are good quality. My favorite is the beef fingers. Soft and a little fatty with an adequate amount of meat. Service: its a hit and a miss. We dealt with helpful servers and less than happy to serve you servers- thumbs down. I wasnt done talking and she was already walking away. Its nice when you get here and its not crowded because youre not fighting your way for the sides and for the servers attention. They placed the cake we brought in a cake server which makes the presentation better. And they play a HBD song as they bring you the cake. They validate parking too.

So my girlfriend takes me out to eat to this korean bbq restaurant, We have been to various other locations that have surpassed this eating venue. I find it hilarious that theyre menu advertises best service and quality around, yet I had requested some soju and I waited til who knows how long well practically I finished eating and nothing ever arrived. It must have been my bad luck or something because I truly didnt enjoy my experience here service lacked miserably couldve been so much better but sure wasnt as advertised. dont let my opinion be a fools guide for every individual experience is different. unfortunately my GF didnt seem content with her knowing I was not enjoying myself, and sadly Im very blunt and straightforward and I told her i didnt like the service here instead I got her feeling bummed when the reality is its not her in any way. It was just one of those wack moments where the overall experience did not turn out to be what you thought or as advertised. quality of food was good though.

Manna is such a great place for big groups and the quality of the meats are really good too. The venue is spacious! Ive coordinated several big parties here and things went smoothly each time. Be sure to make a reservation. Splurge and get the AYCE BBQ Black (26.99 p/p) You get 26 different types of meats including all the prime cuts, some seafood, and chicken. My favorite is the marinated short rib. The salad bar is great and self serve. Side dishes, soups, garlic and chilli are all laid out. No need to flag down a server when youre out of kimchi. Manna does this birthday "Champagne Showers" thing where you bring in a cake and celebrate your birthday with them, theyll throw in a complimentary bottle of champagne for you to shower the birthday person. If you prefer not to be showered in champagne, its okay too. Just let them know that you prefer drinking it instead. Parking: In the shopping plaza. They validate so bring your ticket.

DISGUSTING STAFF! BY FAR the WORST SERVICE I could have ever imagined getting. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF EATING HERE! Its not even about bad service at this point, more than just these people going OUT OF THEIR WAY to outright disrespect me, my wife, and my entire group. I was openly ignored throughout the night, only having one order of meat brought to me and one drink. When I tried to order more, the server, Dane, just looked at me, and walked away, never bringing me anything. Yet at the end of the night, they were REAL QUICK to bring me a bill for an "all you can eat". When I tried to complain about this to the manager, she LITERALLY WAVED ME AWAY, as if I were a FLY THAT WAS ANNOYING HER! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF EATING HERE! There are hundreds of Korean BBQ restaurants in DTLA to go to where you can actually be treated like a human being. I cannot fathom how these people stay in business.

This was my 3rd visit & Im never going back. Every time Ive visited over the past year, I received dishes that were filthy. Service was ridiculously slow, considering the server to table ratio. The last straw. The manager decided to open boxes of grills in the dining room. I mean right across from me. The worker grabbed the cart the grills sit it in spilling the gross, standing water all over the floor. The grills went from the boxes to the standing water with no cleaning. I almost barfed. On top of that, the stagnant water that spilled across the floor was ignored. We watched for a few minutes as every single worker walked over it & every single customer made a face as they tried to avoid it. So, one star for location & one star for good meat, even if the meat is frozen (yes, its served frozen). The banchan bar is best skipped. Its just foul. A lot of those items should be covered.

The place is large! Lots of seating. Never waited here before. Service is SOOO MEH here. I had to ask to order meat 3 times before they actually remembered to put it in. They have a extensive "salad side bar" where you can get your kimchis, dumplings, soups, salads, and much more if you get the all you can eat meat choice. I only had the thin brisket and thinly sliced pork.... The 1st round of brisket is nice, the ones after were so thick and big... I think they do that so you get full faster. As for the thinly sliced pork, it was NOT thin at all. They started to give you "melted cheese" to dip the meat in (imitating their competitor "Quarters BBQ"... the cheese is OKAY. Its not as great as Quarters in my opinion. Make sure to get your parking ticket stamped for validation at the front main cashier so you dont have to pay for parking.

Basically, VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! I go there sometimes just because its the nearest Korean BBQ. Some of the waiters and waitresses are fine, but others... they seems they dont like to take orders. They tend to ignore the bell(when you need something, you ring(?) the bell. And a server supposed to come). Servers never comes to you unless you stop a server to order. Even when I stopped the server to order, their face was like "I dont want to take your order". And before I finish ordering, they leave. To top it off, last time I went, it was around 9:30. We were party of 4. We could get seated right away and we ordered $30 course. After we ordered 5 or 6 plates, one waiter came and told me its last call and maximum order is 3 plates. It was outrageous. Ill never go there! EVER!!
