Came to monterey and decided we wanted pizza at round table. 7/5/17 we waited 45 mins for a small pizza and a personal pizza really thats ridculoius. My fiance got his personal size pizza and by the time me and my daughter got ours his was almost gone. I went up at 918pm and asked how much longer she said a few mins. My pizza came out 932pm the serivce here is really crappy make sure if you do come here you listen carefully to the time they tell you and check the time on your cell. We were told 15 mins and 45 mins later we get pizza this is nuts

Kathy and I went there tonight, we needed something fast. Not a great experience. We both got the return trip salad bar and I got a slice of cheese pizza. Kathy had the house wine and I had a beer. It is a good salad bar, plenty of items to choose from. The pizza was OK, but not special. Kids were running back and forth and the facility is a bit run down. Bill before gratuity was 24.75

Im a big fan of round table pizza. Unfortunately, my pickup order was placed and there was no record of it when I arrived. The manager stepped in almost immediately and made my pizza in under 10 minutes with a discount on top. This is how you run a business and if Im in the area I will happily stop by again.

Worst place ever to order pizza... they only had a person cooking on new years day. My order took more than 2 1/2 hours and they told my boyfriend they were giving him free salad when a salad was already included in the order. Such a bad customer service...

Ordered our pizzas i understand busy but when its 45mins later kinda rediculous i got my personal pizza before my fiance and daughter and as i got to last piece on mine theirs finally came out what happen to the 30 mins or less if not its free

Great atmosphere and delicious food, with friendly service throughout my visit. The only downside: bathrooms were dirty when I used them. Otherwise it was a great experience and would probably come back again

Enjoy the pizza buffet at lunch now and then. They can usually accommodate requests, so well ask for a BBQ chicken pizza and then eat our salad while we wait for it to come out on the buffet table.

I was staying at the Hyatt and ordered..or tried to order a pizza and was placed on hold twice. First time was hung up on and following time placed on long hold. Very poor over the phone service.

Great food pity staff cant bring it out in order. Starters came after Pizzas. In fact Garlic Bread with cheese came out 15 minutes after the pizza. All staff looked as though they were stoned

Cheap lunch buffet, but it took forever for them to replenish the buffet. It was empty for about 15 minutes. So out quick stop ended up longer than we wanted it to be.

Had a pizza and cinnamon twists delivered to our hotel. It was 30 minutes late, extremely greasy and the cinnamon twists were burnt and could not be eaten.

Pretty decent and cheap. U can get a lunch buffet for $12. Pizza is very oily, but people have different tastes. The bathroom is not clean at all.

Clearly the staff doesnt care. They dont replenish the buffet, and the restaurant hasnt been bussed all afternoon. Felt like a waste of money.
