The service and the food were terrible. I ordered the lengua with green sauce, but they brought red sauce. When I brought it to the waiters attention, he argued with me and said thats what I had ordered. I told him that I never eat red sauce only green, so I know exactly what I ordered. He refused to correct the mistake. I asked to speak with a manager, but one never came to our table. Another customer had the same problem with his food and also requested a manager. He got the same results that I did. The carnitas quesadilla was dripping with grease. The lettuce in the salad was brown and disgusting. The chicken in the tacos were not shredded, instead there was a chunk of chicken in a fried shell that was buried in lettuce. The beans and rice were even salty. Forget about ordering another drink because not one waiter came by to check on anyone. We had to walk over to the kitchen area to have them bring our bill. The prices are not reasonable either. Youre better off going to a very nice sit down restaurant for those prices. I will NEVER patronize this restaurant again. If you want good food and great service at reasonable prices, youre better off going to VERA CRUZ in Santa Fe Springs off of Orr & Day. You wont be disappointed.

My first time eating here. Atmosphere sucks. The food is decent but the customer service was not welcoming at all. Out waitress seemed to be bothered by us. She seemed to be in a hurry and I dont know why. The place wasnt packed. Maybe its the bad customer service? LOL She took the bill and didnt return with my change until I asked her for it. She said she thought I had given it too her as a tip. Then when she returned, I asked how much the bill was, because I forgot. I just wanted to make sure, since she didnt return with a receipt. She seemed to be bothered by that AGAIN. I did not leave a tip and dont like coming to a customer service establishment that has no respect for its customers. Maybe thats why the place isnt packed and La Costa restaurant gets more business. Next time, Im going to La Costa. I bet Id even get better customer service at a lunch truck.

Ive tried this place several times now and have never had a very good experience. After my visit there last night, I will not return. The place was basically empty, yet we had to stand in the entrance for several minutes to even be greeted. Our waiter seemed annoyed by our mere prescence, and he had no reason to, we were ordering drinks, dessert, relatively expense meals, and I was prepared to leave a hefty tip. However, since the waiter would only come if I dragged him to my table, and did not check in on us a single time, I will take my business elsewhere.

Two words: potato tacos. I have been searching for potato tacos for twenty years, and I could have cried when I saw them on the specials menu. So delicious and crispy with crema. Also, we had the machaca con huevos, pork tamale, and pork chili verde con huevos. The cinnamon coffee and flan just topped of the morning of perfection. I live an hour from here, and Ill be coming back A LOT. Also, our waitress was wonderful.

Im sure Ordonez produces some good food. Theyve got to, theyve been in business for a long time. HOWEVER, my single experience with Ordonez was with their albondigas. Possibly the single worst dish Ive ever been served. The meatballs and the broth were bland, no flavor whatsoever. And the vegetables were just barely past raw. Theyve got to have something better, but I wont be finding out anytime soon.

I use to come here alots wit my family ..n they use to be good now is like they dnt care abt the customers. I ordered some tacos dorados n omg they were so hard n burn smh i mean yeah there crispy tacos but dnt burn them... they Harley had any meet in them. They use to be good n they expense meals to now I wont waste my money there.

Not to be mest up but is a crap meal my girlfriend burito she ask was 90% beans with no meat my carne asada plate meat was really dry didnt taste like meat i had to put some salt i think the letuce was better than the meat people honestly is a bad place to eat

The best cocido and albondiga soup on a cold day...or anytime. Menudo and posole is great for Sunday mornings. Pretty much everything weve ever had has been delicious, and weve been coming to Ordonez before they moved to Garfield and were still on Beverly Blvd.

We ordered three tortas and paid $9 each. Half the torta was bread and the carne asada was thin and dry. We complained and showed them but they basically laughed us off. Terrible food and a disappointing management response. Wouldnecer return or recommend.

The Food here is not as great as people say. The Server is overly Friendly and at times makes stupid comments as he walks away understand his breath. I would not recommend this Restaurant as the Food isnt that good

Traditional Mexican dishes. Generally go there very late because its one of the few places open 24 hours. Unfortunate that they dont always have cocido (beef vegetable soup) available. Only on certain days. :(

tasteless meat..both chicken and shredded beef..beans m rice were decent..waiter was great..we had enchilada/beef plate..sis had green enchiladas.. kid had chicken taco..would not eat here again
