Used to be my favorite Chipotle location. My husband and I eat there approximately once or twice a week, as the quality and quantity of ingredients let us make healthy and varied choices; but.... The last 8 times we have been there---and it is not the same shift every time---we have had "exploded" burritos and bowls, surly service, less quantity of ingredients (especially the guacamole, for which you pay extra!) and no attention to the customer experience. Today I had enough. I watched the service very carefully---I mean, Im the one ordering, right? Shouldnt I be accountable for my own choices? If Im getting awful burritos, maybe Im not being clear enough in my instructions--or so I thought while walking in. I would see them, step by step, to ensure quality control. After several mistakes I politely asked for my burrito to be remade. It didnt have a full serving of any of the ingredients, especially the guacamole, and when I asked it to be mixed with a fork before folding the girl rolled her eyes at me and just shook the tortilla a bit and folded it in such a way as I have recognized that leads to it exploding upon unwrapping the foil. I told the cashier that I was unhappy and she said they would not remake it unless it had an ingredient I did not want on it (the person in front of me, btw, "accidentally" got the spicy red salsa and they did not remake his burrito either). She then said she would have to fetch her manager, but as the line at Chipotle was long I felt that holding everyone else up for such a simple request was wrong of me. Maybe I should have stood my ground.. I did get a chance to speak to the manager--when I got home, and my burrito had, in fact, exploded along with my husbands bowl. He said he would speak with his team about keeping the customer happy and offered to have me come in for a free burrito. While I intended to never patronize this particular location again, I remembered that in news articles I have read it is clearly mentioned time and time again that managers do care, and that teams need strong leadership. My plan now is to return one more time without announcing my visit to see whether or not this location adheres to the tenets of the company and if he can, in fact, turn it around. We will see.

I work in the same shopping plaza as Chipotle and a week or two ago one of their employees brought in flyers for best buy employees to get buy one get one free. Today when my coworker and I went to get this awesome deal the employees said they hadnt heard about it and would not honor the deal for us. Pretty disappointing considering a Chipotle employee is the one who came and gave us the flyers to put around our break room. The manager when asked about it went to the back room and never came back out. I have a photo of the flyer as well

We come to this chipotle often, as it is one of our favorite restaurants. Today my dad forgot his wallet, we noticed after they had already prepared our food. The amazing woman working behind the counter paid for our meal with her own money. She is the sweetest and most kind hearted person we have ever come across at a chipotle. Nevertheless we ran home and drove back to paid her back, but we will never forget this experience and her generosity. Oh yeah, and the burritos were delicious to.❤️

We have been coming to this place for years and were always satisfied with everything. All that changed about 8 months ago. They are so stingy with all their portions at this location and very rude and if you dare ask them for a little more rice or beans they look at you and act like thats coming out of their pocket. This wasnt 1 bad experience weve been getting this kind of treatment for the past few months and we come here quiet often. Today was the last time we came here.

Since the outbreak subtle changes were made like eliminating lemons and limes from the drink stations. Also where did the corona bottle salt shakers go? The biggest thing is how several locations in the area dont salt their food anymore. Not the chips or anything. Wish this could change. Lastly the other flavors and the freshness is what keeps me coming back. Even with these slip ups Chipolte is one of my favorite Mexican stops.

This USED TO BE my favorite place.. Until maybe 6 months ago when changes started happening. New crew or management or both. Now they are VERY stingy with the meat, rice, fajitas, and even beans. They were very generous with the lettuce tho -_- And no this wasnt just one bad exp. this was a string of bad experiences.

We are avid Tex Mex eaters. This place is ALWAYS consistently good! Always clean and always friendly! And always FAST! Not greasy and you can make a meal that isnt bad for you! Dont leave here without trying the chips and salsa. At this point there is nothing on the menu that I havent tried and I love it all!

Fantastic burritos! I love that you can order online and then go pick it up -- its a great solution for those nights when Im coming back from a meeting and can pick it up on the way home, and its one of the few places that everyone in our family likes.

Qaulity went down extremely, when first opened they did a great job with everything. Now the restrooms are never clean, the qaulity of food and service is terrible. Wont go to this Chipotle again, the one in Tukwila is great though.

Chipotle serves fresh food fast! And if you want them to add more of any food, they just do it....except more meat or guacamole which costs extra. Its for sure my favorite place to eat!

Prices are reasonable and not too much higher than taco del Mar. They are extremely fast and there are more meat choices. The chorizo was very tasty.
