After coming from Santa Cruz we stop there to eat before 10:00 pm so looks like they start cleaning and after we finish eating my kids decide go to the bathroom and the people who was cleaning denie going in so thats was so rude they should allow going in we understand it was about to close but in any other american resturant i know the manager will allow using specially when you have kids. adult we can wait for the next stop no the kids. I will never go there again.

I really like this Chipotle. The grill is cleaned well in between meats and so the chicken always tastes great. I dont live near this location, but I have a weekly appointment in the area so I stop here when Im around. Its much better tasting than the one closest to my home. Inside is clean and open. The staff is friendly and helpful. I can expect fast service from this Chipotle.

Cannot tell you how bad this place is. Every time I come in they are backed up. I ordered online twice and waited over an hour to pick it up, got there and no food. Said they didnt her it even though my card was charged. I think the next Chipotle news will be a class action for their fraudulent online order system

eh. love chipotle, almost always leave here disappointed. by far the smallest serving size chipotle ive been to and to make it worse, i get cold rice, beans, and meat in every burrito Ive had here. this has become my last resort for places to stop in at. staff is decently nice.

Why do I always blow after this particular store ? Maybe its the way the warming water drips from the bottom of the pans as it crosses over the food while being replaced.. or how they prepare it .. but its definitely this place for my wife n I ..

Bad service, disappointed, would not recommend. Fresh, quality ingredients? I dont think so, lettuce so old its changing colors. Until Chipotle can pull it self up to the standart they advertise, Im going else where.
