Amazing! You have to try this place! If you are up on the mountain or just in Monroe you need to try this BBQ! Ive never had anything nearly on this level and only wish I lived a little closer. This BBQ is unrivaled in the northwest. My personal favorite is the beef brisket with sweet BBQ sauce. I make special trips up from Seattle just to get this for dinner. They cater too! Just found this out recently and am thinking about calling them in for an event soon!

I passed this place a few times and wasnt sure, until I drove by while they had meat in the smoker. I pulled an immediate U-turn and went back for food. Its amazing, and by far the best BBQ Ive ever had. The idea of using two school buses is cute; you order at one, and theres either outdoor seating, or tables inside the other bus. I also love the mountain views, and the proximity to the Sultan Bakery and hiking trails.

They got it right. Authentic BBQ and side dishes just like down in Houston. I had the mild sausage plate. The cornbread hit the right balance between dry and moist. The medium cut slaw also struck the right balance. The saussage was freash tinder and flavorful. Forget decorations on the wall. Go there for the food, not for lux seating and you will not be disappointed.

One of my favorite bbq spots. Its a must stop for tasty bbq pork with 3 sauce options and eating out of a school bus is unique as well. They do have covered picnic tables to eat at as well. They even give out dog treats.

Got a sampler platter for 2, was really disappointed. Ribs where so smokey turned my tongue numb. Brisket was sliced into chunks was dry and bland. Pulled pork was decent. Sides where the best thing.

Really good BBQ! The meat wasnt dry and the sauce we had (spicy) had some kick to it. Would definitely recommend if youre in the area. Might even go back just for the BBQ

Food was decent.. But the customer service not so much.. The couple running it were both very short and seemed bothered by our business.. Not to impressed on my end
