The doorman a black tall guy was completely mad! He let me going inside and after asking to my id. I give it to him but after asking me to my passport or a copy, I show him a picture but isnt satisfied. Im asking if I must going but I talk me I can order food to go... I doing , but after I tell me I can wait sit on the bar I should be stand up!! To finish he menace me to puch me up cause I drinking water bring with me , they dont care if I need drink like a simple glass of water ! That experience was the worst of all LA. I living here during 6 months now , and you can be sure I never back in this racist place again !!!

Hands down the best steak in the state (flat iron steak) at the very least. After being through 13 states in three weeks, this is the single best steak me and my father had had. Salted caramel cheesecake was also top notch! Place doesnt look like much on the outside, but believe me: What effort they have not put on the outside decoration is more than adequately rewarded in the brilliant food they serve. Service was also absolutely brilliant; not too pushy, but you felt you were very well taken care of - a level of service that is a very delicate tightrope to achieve and maintain. Going back tomorrow for sure!

I dont work for the company. I write for a company where I write these articles and theyre BS. But for real, I come here, I talk to interesting people, including and especially the staff..they are secret geniuses about random stuff...the food is good, there is Spanish in the kitchen, and music sweating out of the corners. I get high five when I walk in and pretty much never wait for a drink...so does everyone else. Im just a guy who wants to say go to this place, eat the food, engage the guys in convo or take a date. They will dim the lights for you.

From the moment you are looking for parking you realize this is a whole in the wall...and I loved every minute. Surprisingly the burgers were like a gourmet gastropub burger with all the unique "fixins". I especially like the attention the host gave to us as we walked in and were eating, a nice touch for an otherwise dive-bar. I only went down 1 star because the server seemed overwhelmed and drinks werent filled and we waited about 15 minutes to get our food order in. Otherwise, incredible experience and highly recommended!

More bar than grill when Im there, but still a good local spot. Drinks are fine, with a focus on the basics. Dont expect something on the hipster cocktail culture spectrum, more workaday drinks for a decent price. Beer list is fine, for the better macros and a few good craft selections. Food is fine, good burgers, maybe a bit pricey, but nothing crazy. Parking lot is usually full, but try a block up on Manchester.

Im kind of a trivia junkie, so I only really go here on Wednesday nights. However, the staff is always accommodating, and the food really is very good (build your own burger!). It does get a little heavy with students from the nearby school at a certain point, but overall, this place is great.

Atmosphere was cool, the food not so much. The service was great our waitress came in to check on us from time to time but our mac and cheese was bland and our bugers/fries were cold. I may come back here for drinks and football but thats it.

I LOVE this place. Great atmosphere, food is effing delicious and its down the street from my apartment. Beer list is great with lots of local craft and the manager is always willing to work with you about which screen your teams game is on.

If you are anywhere near Thompkins Square you have to stop in for a burger. You will not be disappointed. The portions are generous and the food is excellent. There is also a huge selection of beer on tap.

This Place is terrible dont go here. Called this place with a question and was answered by what I can tell was a giant POS. Tried there burgers once too tasted like it was handled by a POS.
