Just came here with my family too get drinks before we go look at Christmas lights we ordered it was 18.00 asked for extra cups because I was going to give my kids some the guys that helped us at the first window said he could give us 3 I asked for 1 more he then said he could only give one per drink since I bought 3 thats 3cups I said ok thank you he asked us to go to the next window and some lady came with our drinks I then asked for the 3 extra cups . She replied with Im not giving you cups I could charge you for each cup like WHAT she had a bad attitude was very rude and rolling her eye . We will NEVER go back to that one and I usually go there because I live close . Should of stuck with STARBUCKS

My last experience was great with the gentlemen who took my order. He was very personable & offered EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! UNFORTUNATELY, the chick making the drinks DID NOT have the same training as she was rather short & condescending when she informed me that she refused to make the drink I order with almond milk?!?!?! That was the most asinine thing Ive heard at a coffee place where I am paying for my own drink and being told to order something else because according to her, "its against the Companys policy to substitute or make variations of certain beverages!" WTF?!?!? That is CRAZY! I asked for almond milk vs cows milk and the chick refused to make my drink!!!! BANANAS!!!!

The staff either is rasist or they didnt want to help me. I walked in got a very faint hello. Looked over at the pastries and a worker from the drive saw me standing there and didnt offer me help. The girl that was working the from said hello...and nothing else...didnt ask if she could help me she had a blank look on her face and was NOT welcoming at all. Now why would you do that to anyone? What happened to customer service? What is not my money welcome at your place of business? My husband told me that they were the same way to him and he had my little girls with him. I know a whole community of people and they will definitely here about this unfortunate experience.

This review is several months in the making... If you are someone coming here the first time I STRONGLY recommend trying their Beans and Rice Frappe... If this is your 5th or 10th time coming here try the Cafe Corazon Frappe if you havent already done so... If you want to try something sweeter try their Horchata frappe or Mango Fresca... This place is committed to great coffee and stellar customer service... They serve their lattes and espressos in ceramic cups and pastries on actual plates ... If you want a muffin I suggest a warmed up Tres Leches muffin... Too bad they are on the WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD for the daily commute along PCH

Id like to give more stars but unfortunately JUST having good coffee doesnt cut it. The employees seemed unhappy while helping customers but were all smiles with each other. I can say that it was the worst service weve ever had at a cafe. The building was clean inside and the decor was nice but the music selection for a cafe was terrible. Hip hop doesnt quite set an inviting atmosphere for cafe leisure time. For nearly $5 for a Mexican mocha Ill take my money else where. Aroma di Roma on 2nd and Lord Windsor are far superior and they provide what most would expect in a cafe environment. Sad, because this place has so much potential.

As far as the coffee I love it but the wait is not worth it . I was in drive thru for 50 minutes only 6 cars ahead of me . I had to move back and up while waiting to let patrons out of the parking lot. Not even on a busy day and long line at In n Out have I had to wait for a burger that long. Need to work on the time for the drive-thru line . People who use drive thru normally want to get out fast or they would go inside and sit yo have their coffee . . I may try another day but for now I will try other coffee house.

*Drive Thru* Pleasantly surprised by how quickly the line moved! Ordered the chai latte which was delicious and made with Mighty Leafs Bombay Spice tea bag and the tres leches muffin. Will definitely return for the muffin! it was moist and played well with the delicately sweet tres leches flavor. Only complaint: wish the establishment would make the switch to non-plastic disposables. (:

The coffee was okay and the woman heping me in the front was very nice. Only thing that i didnt understand is why theres no wifi... Ive never gone to a coffee shop that doesnt have wifi. When I checked they seemed to have a connection so I guess the worker refused to give it to me. Ill be back but hopefully the drink maker isnt there at the time.

Great place for delicious coffee and its a drive-thru which helps if you are in a bit of a rush. I am making my way through the coffee menu. They have a rice and Bean frappuccino which at first seems like a turn-off but it was actually delicious. I get the Americano quite a bit.

My aunt and I usually come here and have a great experience except for today. They gave my aunt her coffee in a to go cup and put whipped cream on my frappe when I specifically asked for no whipped cream. The girl seemed bothered when we were upset and had a bad attitude.

Let them know if its your first time here. When I let the woman taking my order know it was my first time, she helped me pick something unique that you cant find anywhere else. Both the pastries and the drink I had was very good. Definitely check this place out!

This place almost got a 5 star but the employees were so dry- when asked what they recommended they girl shrugged and rolled her eyes. But the Coffee and Muffin I ordered was very delicious. They had security outside which Im still wondering why....

This is my second time here and theyre Horchata Frappe is good! Everyone is very nice and helpful in the lobby but homegirl at the window between 10am-11am 021617 was nice but didnt smile at all at us! Will be back here soon

Woah its busy, but worth the wait. Ive heard great things about the Horchata Frapps and they did not disappoint also picked up a tres leches muffin which warmed up was still surprisingly moist definitely a pleasant suprise.

Such great and authentic flavors! What a great place to hangout at, or just stop by and get your daily dose of coffee, tea, smoothies, and pastries. I choose Tierra Mia over starbucks ANY DAY! Highly recommend this place.

Thank you for Cubano con leche y cafe Americano when I dont have enough for the cubano, from the first sip to the last I am smiling and feel like I got my money worth n then some for straight up delicious espresso.
