We went because of its good ratings and wanted to support an independent business. Not coming here again. We were the only ones there and it took forever to get our drinks which we ended up throwing away after one gulp because of how watery and flavorless they were. I guess the good ratings are based on previous management? Make sure youre trying your product before handing it out to customers so you know what youre serving. We wasted money on this place and ended up going to Starbucks instead.

Miss the old owners. The food is good. However, service is now poor. I went and they only had one customer in front of me. They took her order and I was waiting patiently for my turn. I was actually next. After, standing there for about 15 min. They never acknowledge me nor took my order. I just walked out. As I was leaving they still didnt acknowledge me or cared. All , I wanted was a fruit cup the have in their cooler. So, disappointed.

Great customer service and the tortas and drinks are delicious. They have no problems in customizing your order any way you want. It is a bit pricey but definitely tops the quality of similar places.
