I am in love with their Cubano con Leche! not too sweet and its very smooth yet strong just like cafe cubano :) My friend took me there for the first time this morning and I know for a fact that I will not settle for Starbucks anymore! I cant wait to try the Mocha Mexicano and all the others. I hope the open one in downtown L.A. I am sure it would be a hit! As far as the prices, I dont mind paying a high price for excellent coffee! Ive been paying more or less the same amount at Starbucks for added shots the Cubano con Leche is strong and smooth - what more do I want :)

I love Tierra Mia! I first went here about 3 years ago and love going here since then. The coffee is great, way better than Starbucks and their pastries are delicious too. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star rating is because they dont have enough parking. There is usually a valet that parks your car but even then the parking runs out quick. Also, they take a little longer than most places to make coffee when theyre busy. With that said I still love this place and take anyone I can when I get the chance.

Nice place to be when you just dont feel like driving distances for a Starbucks, coffee bean, or its a grind. Tierra Mia offers and amazing selection of mexican type of drinks (cafe de la olla). As well as your traditional (caramel frappe). The difference is the quality of the drinks, once you take a sip youre gonna want to buy another one and another one. Its worth for this place to break your wallet. Each drink is between the prices of $2.45-4.45. Depending on size of course.

This coffee shop is excellent! On multiple occasions, I have enjoyed the great variety of well prepared coffee drinks (so many delicious choices with coffee beans and trimmings from Latin America), the comfortable "living room" space is great for socializing with friends, and the great customer service and employees have made me a repeat customer. I love this place! I strongly recommend it!

Went there Tuesday night. They got my order wrong. The manager asked what the problem was and I told her I ordered 3 fraps and only got 2. The cashier only charged me for 2 but I told the manager I specificaly ordered 3 and that I was willing to pay for the extra drink but I wasnt willing to wait again in the long line. She said "No" that I would have to go to the end of the line. I left.

It was my first time going to Tierra Mia ,So I ask which one was the most popular drink and a gentleman there suggested for me to order their horchata because thats what theyre known for,He also told me if I didnt like he would gladly change My drink to another flavor,So wind-up ordering their second popular one the (Chocolate abuelita)It was delicious..Excellent! Everything is delicious at this place. The pastries are fresh (cheese puff is yummy!), the drinks are carefully prepared and I enjoyed while sitting and reading Audacity of Hope in spanish that I purchased there! I have a starbucks around the corner from home but I will never go back! I deserve a better quality drink, good latin tunes and comfortable seats. Bravo, Tierra Mia Coffee!

Came here on a coworkers recommendation, and I am not very impressed. The horchata frappe tasted like a horchata milk shake, really not sure if there is any coffee in it. Tried the tres leche muffin, and it is like any old vanilla muffin, wheres the leche?? The straight up pour over coffee is decent though, but the hype over the sugary drinks are overrated.

While this is one of the best coffees youll ever taste, and the food is great too, this Pasadena location has been suffering seriously bad service. On this occasion Management was running around the restaurant making sure everything was going well. Its great to see a restaurant and Management get all over a problem and get it resolved swiftly.

People refer to this as the "Mexican Starbucks" and as such it serves many different drinks. One of my favorites is the horchata latte or the rice and beans iced coffee. Great drinks. I also like that the offer the guava strudel from portos. Just keep in mind that sometimes there is a long wait. Hoping they build one closer to lax

I really like this place a lot. Its definitely authentic and Ive never been anywhere like it. If youre looking for a coffee place with a genuine feel Tierra Mia is definitely what youre looking for. Its alright if you dont know how or what to order because the baristas are super helpful and really nice. Enjoy!

Coming here for a long time now I am surprised that I have not shared my longtime fascination coming here for their coffee goodness. I ordered the Cubano Con Leche and its amazing. The strong silky espresso floating above inviting me to take sips. I love the espresso to frothed milk ratio. Its perfect.

Fairly new place new decor, very contemporary. Good drinks definitely way batter than Starbucks. Comparable prices, so no big surprise when purchasing here. The Latino inspire menu, ambiance and products from Latino America hit the right notes of flavors and nostalgic tones of your Tierra o Mia.

The drinks here are always so good. The service is great as well. Yes its not fast but at least I know its done accurately and precise. I recommend the horchata latte. Both blended and hot are good. They also have a good Mexican coffee. The pastries are delicious as well.

I love their coffee Ive tried almost all of them. WAY better than starbucks in taste and price. Downside employees could give a crap less about you. They walk around talking and gossiping. Saturday morning 730 am 7 people in front of me waiting almost 20 minutes. No bueno.

Rude workers, poor service, and mediocre product. Horchata Frapp is over rated. I really wanted to like this place. There is an unwelcoming environment: where they cover the electrical sockets and do not offer Wifi. They want your money and for you to leave right away.

What a treat to have such a delicious coffee house here in LA! The drinks are always supper yummy and deciding between the Mocha Mexicano, the Horchata Latte and the Caramelo Macchiato is the most pleasant dilemma to have every morning before work. Gracias!
