Fantastic Italian deli with a fun owner and great staff! The traits of a good Italian deli resound at Angelos. Lots of quality import options to take home (including my favorite mainstream Italian coffee - Illy), delicious counter items from sides to sandwiches to meat by the pound, superb wine selection with some gems to be found (but please leave them for me) and even some fresh produce to use in your home cooked Italian meal. Its easy to go wild in the store and walk away poor, but at least a mouthwatering sandwich and something for dessert should be in order when youre out and about. Otherwise, make it a stop on your grocery run for shelf items such as coffee, oils/vinegar, packaged treats, and great wine. Prices are reasonable and its a local business... if youre not frequenting Angelos - why!?

Angelos is amazing. Authentic Italian food, both grocery items and fresh-prepared food is just like eating in Italy! Theyve recently added on and updated everything. I heartily recommend everything on their menu. If you get a sandwich, make sure you get the pesto sauce - youll thank me later!

Ordered simple Italian sub sandwich $12.00! Holy sh#t! Assured it was worth it. Sandwich plopped in front of me, wrapped but no plate,..., etc. Bread very stale, hard and sandwich very, very dry and lacking flavor. Recommend eating other Italian restaurant other side of street.

Angelo and Cole are superstars. The best damn sandwich in Southern California. YES its true they wont customize your sandwich this isnt Burger King you cant have it your way. I will gladly hand over my $11 for a Italian Torpedo its one of the greatest thing known to mankind.

The best italian sandwiches in Long Beach, and arguably in LA county, although Bay Cities is stiff competition. Angelos has been my go to for sandwiches for close to a decade now. And, their selection of other Italian goods is great. Lots of fun Balsamic vinegars to buy!

We buy our sweet sausage, pasta and olive oil here. They sell the things my grandmother used to use back in Jersey City. If you are looking for a good and friendly Italian Deli go to Angelos. They have two locations and we have been to both.

Great and very authentic deli! I love the back deli to get sliced meats and homemade meatballs for home!!! The front part of the deli has wonderful sandwiches!! They take pride in their work. Italian food at its finest here❤

This Deli is The Best in So Cal ! The sandwiches are to die for . Pick up some homemade sauce and meatballs , they are also wonderful , I try to get over there at least once a week .If I lived closer I would be there more.

Small, local, italian deli (they have a 2nd location in Seal Beach) - Great sandwiches, meatballs, salad. Small selection of italian grocery also. I come here for ingredients when making pasta (parm, pepp, etc)

Delicious deli food and sandwiches. Depending on when you go in, it can be a bit of a wait, but its worth it. Angelos has authentic market items from Italy, but this is the place you go so tasty sandwiches.
