Waited 5 minutes and waiter never came. So I went up to the front to ask for a waiter. After he took our order it took 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The food was cold and our orders were wrong.... It was not crowded at the time so there was no excuse for the amount of time we waited. Tried this place once before and had the same problems. Came back a second time to give it another chance. After this Ill never walk through these doors again.

The service was great, very friendly staff, the only thing is that the food is not great, the food was cold by the time we got it, the pancakes where so dry they would split just by the touch and they had no flavor :/ however the customer service was good. I wouldnt go back tho.. it had been years since i had gone to an IHOP and i thought id try it again but, i will not go back.

This place was awful..the food tasted old and li,e refrigerated plus it gave me the runs and my friends were sick to their stomach as well...would not reccomend eating at this ihop...to top it off they were slow . So really no excuse for the crappy service and food . Health inspection department should consider paying this place a visit!

Oct.30,2015 waited 45 mins to be seated... 20 minutes For The Waitress To Take Our Order, And it Took An Hour And A Half For Our Food To Be Served, three Big Families Came In And Out Before We Got Our Food, And It Was Cold! We Got There A Little Bit After 10:00AM and Left At 1:30PM Really Bad Service Do Not Recomend It.

I always love the food at IHOP more than Dennis. Dennis food has no taste in my opinion I always make suggestions to the managers or supervisor when something is wrong in order for them to correct. Nothing wrong with that. So the next time I go I will have a better experienced so far good. no complaints.

First time here, worst service Ive ever received, was sat in the patio, took 20 minutes to get drinks, another 15 minutes to get our order, then the waitress disappeared, after an hour of waiting for more coffee or the waitress or the food, i was done, got up and left. Never will come back ever.

The food was fine, the service was very good. But, the reception girl was more interested in making out with her boyfriend behind the counter how also worked there before she got around to taking my money. The unprofessionalism that occurred at that moment was unreal.

Very dry bacon. They took 40 min to give us our drinks. The workers were nice but when I go to the bathroom I find was to see diarrhea spread on the floor. The workers always pretend there busy by looking at the wait list half the time I was there.

The nicest IHOP Ive ever been too! At1am for a late very late supper ihop hit the spot! Its very clean, staff very happy peppy people @1am, it was fairly quiet, unitl a wedding entourage showed up all drunk n loud, but none-the-less, EXCELLENT!!

The service was great, my friend and I were attended fairly quickly and our breakfast was served not long after we got there. The waiter was nice, and some of the workers there were very friendly. The food was great. No complaints.

Good food, great service even though it is busy. They do well even when it is busy. The menus do have good discretions and pictures to help you better decide what to get. I do recommend this location to everyone. Enjoy.

Ive been to any other Ihop restaurant and I cant compare this particular restaurant with the others,service is great,the server are amazing,especially these servers Rosendo and Jorge,great staff,very clean place

Overpriced for the servings you get. Stick to mom and pop establishments that dont have a corporate office making them measure out every portion. I use to love IHOP but it isnt the same place it use to be.

Great staff...super clean...classic style American chain diner with 24 hour breakfast menu. Good portion midrange price. About 15 dollars per person should be a fair acessment.
