On my recent visit to Taco Bell (on,..Lodi Avenue) 3/27/2013, I had walked up to the cash register as an employe took and processed my order I asked for a cup of water. In her own words "We dont give out free water at the lunch rush". I turn around not one person behind me, and all the employes behind the counter stopped and watched our conversation. I dont understand how the employes have time to stand around on a so called "lunch rush" and dont have time to give a paying customer a small glass of water. As i waited for my food. They had put a bag of food on the counter for ToGo, three minutes later i ask if its mine, their response to me is yes sorry. So not only do we not get free water at the Lodi Avenue Taco Bell but in return we get rude service. I love Taco Bell dont get me wrong. I go about every other day. I"m a regular customer at Taco Bell on Kettleman Lane, always treat nicely with positive attitudes and great service. No longer will i go to the Taco Bell on Lodi Avenue. Just letting all Lodi residence know about this experience.

Typically this is a pretty good store, however this morning I ordered a bacon Crunch Wrap and, when I got home it was sausage. I also asked for two packets of Picante sauce, and when I get home theres no Picante sauce in the bag... theres four packets of mild sauce. Oh, and their coffee machine was "broken" so they had zero coffee available. Like I said, typically this is a good store, and Ill drive out of my way to go to it. You wouldnt know it based on every touch point, today. So when I called the store to just let them know,, there was no satisfaction there either. Ill get over it. I love Taco Bell.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I applied for a job multiple times... And each time I was hired over the phone but once I came into store I was fired before even getting the chance to work for them... Was told I was fired for a tattoo I have which is really tiny and on the inside of my finger... But Ive noticed many of there employees have tattoos I believe there discrimination against lgbt community. ..

Who rates a fast-food joint?! I had to because this place has consistently (I mean over a couple years) great service. I dont think I have ever been greeted without out a smile...They are super fast and make a fast-food interaction very pleasant. My hat is off to who ever manages this location and keep up the good work team!

Its a taco bell so theres nothing to write home about. The food will taste like any other taco bell out there, as is the point with fast food places. I definitely do prefer the look they had now versus the look they had before the renovation.

Out of the 3 Taco Bells in Lodi, I would say the Lodi Ave store has the best service, great portion size, and even when the drive through is super long, people still get in line because it goes by really fast!

Fresh food usually during rush hours. Order food half our before closing 10:30pm, chalupa were cold and shell was dried as rocks. Fiesta potato were also cold. Poor management.
